The food was amazing quality, full of flavour, and there were lots of healthy options. I visited during the day and the food came out super quickly. The decor is absolutely beautiful and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Overall it is a great restaurant with great food quality & taste and excellent customer service. The Salmon was excellent. It tasted amazing with the potatoes and brocoli. The Chocolate and Truffle Torte tasted great, it had a nice and thick chocolate texture. The only thing I didn't like was the sauce underneath it.

Amazing experience recently visited for a family dinner. The service, speed and care all top notch for us. Delroy, Grace and Bernado were all amazing throughout. Not one complaint from me and Bernado helped us choose a few plates that we really enjoyed. First time in many trips to restaurants I’d say you’d be satisfied on starters and plates alone. Recommend the whipped feta, Muhammara, mozzarella arancini and padron peppers were excellent too for me. Well worth getting a trio of mezes and the mocktails are good too. Halal friendly also. Will be visiting again for sure

I had to go and shake the hand of the chef, here. We really, really enjoyed the food. The carrots were sumptuous - Soft, yet crunchy, and very well seasoned. The Cod was perfectly cooked, the prawns had a punch, and even the fries were crispy! Highly recommend you try this place, and i think I'll be making another visit for certain as there's still plenty I haven't tried!

I very nice place to eat. The food was very good, especially the starters and mezze plates. I especially liked the peppers and the lamb I had. The service was excellent even though it was absolutely full. The only slight negative was the desert, the sticky date pudding which was underwhelming. But would definitely recommend.

Visiting Leicester over the Christmas break, we went to The Frame for a New Year’s Eve lunch. It’s the first time I had seen this restaurant and it was quite stunning. Very pretty and just something Leicester needs. They offer a generous set menu for Β£35, which is the same menu as the a la charge which is nice to see as most restaurants have the more β€˜average’ dishes in their set menu instead. They also had a mezze menu. For drinks I got a spicy picante. Not the best I’ve tried, it had a lot of agave and not enough lime but was quite spicy. For food we got two dishes from the mezze, the whipped feta and the muhammara both were very good. I thought the feta was more crumbled than whipped, still good but just an observation. From the small plates menu we got calamari, chicken wings and padron peppers. The padron peppers needed a bit more scorching and was not a lot on the plate. However the calamari and wings were delicious. Calamari had a nice sprinkling of garlic whilst the wings had these lovely pickled and charred onions which I enjoyed a lot. For big plates we got the half chicken and cod. Both very good. The chicken was a huge portion and came with very mildly pickled cucumbers (very soggy and not enough tartness). The cod was spiced beautifully however the potatoes that came with it were a bit on the raw side so let it down. We also got a side of chips and caramelised sweet potato. The chips were sooooo good and lovely aioli all over. The caramelised sweet potato was more charred and undercooked sweet potato. The potatoes do really need improving in some dishes. All in all, I’d go again. I did enjoy the atmosphere and quite a few of the dishes. Some dishes definitely just need a bit more attention

First time visiting the frame. Being of the Mediterranean basin myself i have to say I had high hopes. Nice atmosphere with soft music playing in the background. Great service, friendly waitress and nicely presented food. However it fell short of expectation as it was lacking in flavour and our taste buds were lacking excitement the whole time we were there. We ordered 11 dishes from the menu to share , portions were on the small side, with one basket of small triangles of bread for a party of 7. Β£8 for 6 small cubes of chicken was particularly underwhelming! My best friend was offered a dessert on the house as it was her birthday but was added to the bill as they " forgot". Apology given but no attempt to rectify the " mistake"! Not a great first impression as far as restaurant ethos & credibility are concerned. Overall a pleasant enough dinning out experience but anticlimactic if you're a foodie and experienced cook. The place has lots of potential but unfortunately the food has let it down. Regrettably not for us.

Walked by today to discover this fantastic new venue had opened. Service was fantastic from start to finish without being invasive. The team working really knew the menu and made great recommendations. Had a good sample of the cocktail menu, which is now one of the best on offer in Leicester - refined and really well delivered. Smaller menu for food due to recently opening, every plate was 10/10. Can not wait to return when the venue is in full bloom !

Had a lovely time at The Frame. Beautiful Mediterranean inspired interiors and great service. The food was gorgeous and the rich flavours were incredible! We got the corn ribs and oxtail, as well as some mezzes to share. You can really taste the fresh ingredients and authentic grill... Will definitely be returning!
