   We booked with Kay9 Groom Room as Michelle was highly recommended. Our chow was extremely anxious as she came to us at 6 months old. Michelle was great with our chow and over time our dog has become so relaxed and even enjoys her groom sessions. Michelle is a very kind and caring person and that reflects in her work. She is professional and goes above and beyond. Our dog usually gets her teeth cleaned too which is a great treatment. We have a new chow puppy and he also loved his first session. We look forward to our dog’s grooming sessions as they come back refreshed and smelling amazing.

   Bear is 5 years old and he's been a regular at Kay9 Groom Room from his first puppy groom. He was less than impressed in the early days and let Michelle know on occasion. Michelle's patience, super kind and caring professionalism really helped him settle. He happily goes in tail wagging and comes home looking and smelling fantastic every time. The salon is purpose built, always immaculately clean, tidy and safe. Highly recommend Kay9 Groom Room - all round excellent.

   Michelle who runs Kay 9 is one of the nicest people you’ll ever come across. My mental and very stinky collie, Jess, came home living her best life and smells better than my Tom Ford aftershave. Can’t recommend Kay 9 groomers enough. Don’t mess about, make a booking.

   I don't usually write reviews but after visiting Michelle at her grooming salon Kay9 Groom Room, I wanted to leave feedback based on the outstanding experience I had. My German Shepherd has had 3 sessions now of the Emmi pet toothbrush on his teeth and the result is amazing. Michelle is very experienced and has a lot of knowledge on K9 grooming and after 3 sessions she managed to remove 80% of stubborn stains on his teeth from several years of dry food feeding and lack of oral hygiene prior to him eating a raw diet. 10/10 Great location and friendly! Thank you so much and I will be back for future sessions. A****
