Bouncers are rubbish, they thrive off of their power and dont care at all abouts their customers. Rude and mean, I have nothing nice to say about them to be honest.
Awful experience on Wednesday evening at Ocean Nightclub in Nottingham. Lee was extremely unhelpful in cooperating with me to have plus ones in the venue despite messaging prior to get confirmation on how the process works (as stated on the website). Lee went on to say he has 'no empathy' towards me and made an easy process extremely difficult. I am very disappointed in the service and did not feel welcomed into Ocean Nightclub.
Only came in for the one tell me why all of a sudden it was 2am! Great drink deals and a very clean venue and toilets, got served by Freya & Jake you sorted me wikid drink deals 4 jäger bombs 4 £11 best deal in the city!!!
Jesal is honestly an amazing person and made the experience amazing. He is part of the reason I love coming every Friday. Truly a special space
This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a student establishment. Truly shocked by the way ticket/security staff speak to customers. It seems like staff welfare training is clearly not done properly as they abused their authority to mistreat me. They refused to talk to me about a concern and they also didn’t call on a manager despite my sincere request.
This gaff is cold andy turn up your heating christ. Also 5 quid for this size is absurd for a student only club?!
Bar staff kicked me and my friends out for no reason. They didn’t give a reason why they kicked me out. I asked for an explanation and wouldn’t give one because the bar staff lacked reasoning.
Music is really cheesy which is fine if that’s what you’re into. They make it worse with balloons and stuff
Shirley is the nicest bar/cleaner worker I have ever met. Would 100 recommend coming to ocean because of the hospitality and friendly I have experienced, 10/10 recommend
Was great, the ambulance on the way home gave me 1st class service, was very fast. Im glad I didnt die! Cant actually remember what happened, other than that was great!
