   Very good service provided by the staff at the Leicester branch over the last 4 years. Viraj is a very experienced and knowledgeable lady who is always pleasant and happy to help with all kind of queries. Pranav has also helped with the process of transferring our FD opened many years ago into our savings account, explaining the full process and exactly which forms needed to be submitted. We managed to do all of this ourselves through online submission. The full process was completed within 3 weeks. Thank you for your help Pranav. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.
