This cafe could be so lovely if it wasn’t so filthy. None of the tables being cleaned in between customers. Such a shame as chips and pizza were really nice. Is no one managing such an important task.
I scanned my items using a scan and go and scan and go on my phone as I was using 2 separate cards, got to the till scanned my items on separate devices and paid only to be accused of stealing despite the worker that accused me watching me scan and pay, I was followed, harassed, blocked and threatened with the police and asked to see my receipt, I didn't print one for one of them as I didn't need it and I was in a rush to collect my child from nursery as I was already running late as I told them and just needed to be quick which is the entire point of scan and go and didn't have time to go back print a receipt and go through every single item so had to leave the store without my items some of which admittedly didn't have a tag when I picked up so I had to scan alternatives but take the right item. I am extremely autistic and have fibromyalgia and so struggle with mobility and confrontation and was made to feel like a criminal with quite literally no evidence as she watched me do it. I feel as though I was targeted due to my appearance as a young mother by myself as I had a baby gate and nappies and I was extremely discriminated against for no reason. I have lost money due to the fact one person targeted me and I did not have the time or mental capacity to deal with it alone when I had 3 staff members ganging up on me in the middle of a big group of people. As an autistic adult that struggles with money, I usually have someone with me when shopping but as I wanted some time by myself we travelled half an hour out of our city to go to fosse park as a small day out and I am extremely upset about this treatment. The security guard even grabbed, pulled and ripped my bag when I attempted to leave with my items again despite having no reasonable suspicion. I appreciate to some it's a quick fix but as someone with mental and physical disabilities that already struggles it caused me extreme distress especially given the fact I was already in a rush and going to be late for my child and so I genuinely did not have the time to stay and do not have the ability to return to collect my belongings as I do not drive. All of this was explained as they stopped me in the middle of the aisle where everyone else was walking by causing a lot of embarrassment and so I had no choice but to leave my items so will just have to dispute the charge with my bank and hope for the best
Confusing car park layout but very good store in general, lots of good product selection, very large range, clean and comfortable. A little confusing layout inside though like milk is on its own and then milkshake is on its own too, away from all the dairy. Layout could do a rework.
Couldn't find what we wanted, staff helpful & showed us the way. Best buy of the day was in the restaurant, bowl of soup, bap & butter + unlimited drinks. A special deal for over 60's all for £1
Very close to fosse shopping park so this store is always busy and never really quiet even late at night. Has loads of range and variety and asdas clothing store George. Some staff are miserable but most are friendly. Prices have increased a lot lately as you'd expect but still cheaper than tesco and sainsburys Bonus is its a 24 hour store Monday to Friday.
When I visited that shop, I was impressed by a variety of things you can get there at any time you need. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no prices on some shelves, so how would a customer know. For example, I wanted to find out how much the tray of chicken cost, but I could not find it. Even, when I asked the shop assistant, she did not know, as well.
