   If you’re reading this and thinking of booking a session with Nia I’d whole heartedly recommend you contact her. I went to see Nia in June/July of 2022 after struggling with post natal anxiety and what I thought was emotional eating. I found Nia’s explanation of how my brain worked and why I was feeling the way I was invaluable. For the first time I felt like I understood myself better. Since my sessions have finished I feel much more balanced and calm. I’ve lost a stone and I feel like I’m at peace with my emotions. I was skeptical about hypnotherapy but it’s honestly been life changing for me. Thank you Nia for all your help.
