My partner and I contacted Pets quarters regarding some birds they had advertised. After a few messages back and forth we were suited to 2 perfect Courner parakeets. Even after a few days of setting in we have still been in contact checking up in on the birds making sure they have settled in. I would highly recommend this service.
Great selection of products and the zebra finches are very tame, solely rating two stars for the aquatic husbandry and incompatible housing. Tropical and cold water species are mixed together including territorial species, completely unsuitable for community tanks, much less ones of such a small size. Minnows, goldfish and plecos were mixed with tetras and kribensis when i visited which is just very distasteful practice in this industry. Any fish housed and bought from such conditions are greatly susceptible to stress and disease. Unfortunate as the rest of the shop was well maintained and greatly priced.
Ceri always helps with anything I need advice or help on fast reply on Facebook also brought my puppy there today and they showered him with love and treats and also helped us fit a harness and also get the correct harness and lead for our pup they were so down to earth and lovely people to speak to made is feel so at home and we stocked up on all out pups favourite treats I highly recommend we can't wait to bring him down again xx
Went before and it was great however at recent appointment the dog came poorly grommed and some time later we had to take him to vets due to ingrow hairs and uneven shave that caused him to scratch. Coming there is a lotery.

I bought a kitten and Guinea pig from here 8 years ago, we still have the cat, and the Guinea pig lived to a good age. The owners of the shop have always been very helpful and knowledgeable and when one of our cats became pregnant they really helped us with advising on how to wean the kittens. Shop itself is always well stocked and has a good selection of foods, treats and toys. Highly recommended.
Amazing shop! Animals always come across healthy and happy, recently bought a few fish from this place and they seem happy as can be. Also bought a hamster 2 years ago and still kicking!
