Popped in here today as I was in the area, to see what options were available for small pets (I have rabbits). The chap who assisted me was so polite and helpful! I came away with hay and Aubiose at a superb price. Noted the fantastic range of bird food so I will be getting that too, come colder weather.

Didn't even get out of the car before a man with beard started shouting at me. There was a lorry pulling in, I waited until he was out of his cab. As I drove further the man with beard shouted something about a forklift. Didn't see a forklift anywhere. The lorry had just parked. I turned around and left. I drove for 20 minutes to be shouted at and not be directed in anyway. They don't deserve my money, I will go elsewhere!! Thank you for your response. Health and safety is a must for all businesses. However, I am unhappy with the approach you took. Standing at the top of a ramp shouting offering no direction or explanation is not good health and safety. I waited for direction and even reversed to allow the lorry to park. I feel you need to review your attitude to customer service. I went to Meadow View Farm instead today and they were attentive and polite.

Good place for any pet or animal related stuff. A big bale of hay and big bag of litter costs just a few pounds and keeps our rabbits going for months.

lovely family run business, have everything you need for your pets from birds up to the bigger kind ie horses. They also sell eggs , potatoes, carrots and so on.
