   Took my cat Pippa in today, and Nadir was so caring. Sorted out her food allergies...gave her her B12 and steroid pills.( she did have pancreatitis a few years ago) I couldn't be more happy with the care given to my girl. .and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

   Had an amazing vet called Ross. Not sure if he still works there. Looked after my 3 rescue chickens amazingly until they eventually passed, understood how much they meant to me and was so caring and empathetic. I went to so many vets before finding Ross and the level of care was unmatched. Can't thank him enough! So hard to find vets that care about animals that aren't cats or dogs. Thank you

   I would like to say a massive thank you to vet Rod who saved my cat with his quick thinking and expertise. He was caring and kind at a time when I was sure that I was going to loose my beautiful pet. He went above and beyond to make him better and I will be forever grateful. I would recommend him to anyone and have complete faith in his knowledge and he is a great asset to Bell and partners. I would also like to thank Claire on reception who was very kind and also the practice manager.

   As we were unhappy with our old vet, so changed to this 1, had appointment for today (31/1/23) knowing how our cat,skweela, reacts to noise, change, and strangers, we were all a little stressed to say the least, but can we say how amazing your vet marcin was, even towards the end of consultation, our cat who as I said, hates strangers, actually enjoyed being fussed by the vet, thank you for for understanding and patience you gave to our boy

   We visited last weekend, the reception team were absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming however the vet was disinterested barely examined our dog didn’t really have a clue. We ended up at the emergency vet the next day and our beloved dog passed away in the car after a horrendous experience with them. I appreciate all of the good comments and am sure there are vets there who are amazing, what I can’t understand is why such a highly thought of practice would use VetsNow for their out of hours emergency service they are shocking.

   They have the only trustworthy ferret savvy vet in the area. Ross is an absolute gem. Don't know what we'd do if he ever retired. The vets itself is ran well. The staff are curtious. The reception team are lovely.
