Paid for a flu jab, turned up and told that they didn't have staff to do it. Was told I had to call up to reschedule. No phone call or email to tell me.
Always takes forever for prescriptions no matter how long ago it was sent. They say 5 minutes but still here 15 minutes later.
Had an issue with an online order, popped in to get it rectified. Lauren the assistant manager was super helpful and professional , wasn’t the outcome I wanted but she tried very hard to rectify for me which is all I could ask ! Big shout out to her !! As for boots customer care (phone line), this needs assessing and addressing!
A staff member called Ella, was absolutely fantastic, who I interupted from whatever job she was sorting out, but she couldn't have been more helpful. Ella was polite, professional and friendly, answering questions and helping me with a few items I was unsure about, within their range of beauty items, as these are items I rarely buy. Instead of just telling me what I could get/buy/look at, she brought them to me to choose from and was informative about each item. Credit where credit's due! Such a lovely person!
I went to this store on Sunday specifically as it was the only Boots in Coventry which stocked something I wanted. One lady (I forgot to get her name but she's a brunette with a great sense of style, awesome glasses and a fringe) was insanely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed and didn't hesitate to ask her manager if the item was available but in the back. When she returned with the item I needed, she also brought the other two in the range. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to that particular staff member - you were awesome!
As boots Quorn way closed. My medication was transferred here. I did not get message for medication collection. I called them 6 times ... no one picks up phone in pharmacy.. so annoyed. Next the buses are on strike...poor service for health. People suffering ..stressed...
They're always late with my prescriptions they never pick up the phone and they never got all meds I'm gutted cus close IST one to me
good variety of products including well known and own brands. boots are now offering advantage card prices on certain products which means if you have an advantage card you will pay less. these offers are clearly highlighted. I love looking at reduced to clear areas where you can grab a great bargain!
Boots is always a good place to get all your toiletries and meds. Only negative I would gov is that they don't always have the meds you need and may need to order them in.
A decent boots, visit this store a lot and do have issues with makeup stock some times but generally it's a good store. Do get frustrated at the fact I always visit at lunch time and they only ever have 1 till open. I have to queue for a while most occasions when I visit.
