I had the privilege of being assisted by a friendly and kind young gentleman, whom I believe is named Hashnim. Despite looking busy, he took the time to help me find the product I was searching for. He even squatted down to check thoroughly. This young man is truly amazing—his exceptional customer service shines even in a high-pressure environment. Merry Christmas to you and your family! Keep up the great work!

Extremely Upsetting Experience! I had a deeply humiliating experience at this Boots store. While I was simply browsing the aisles, the security guard actually approached me and said I “looked like a thief.” I was completely shocked and insulted. I had done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I was spoken to and treated in a way that was disrespectful, degrading, and very upsetting. No customer should ever be made to feel like that, especially in a well-known store like Boots. Security staff should be trained to treat everyone with dignity and professionalism, not to make hurtful assumptions or accusations. I left the store feeling embarrassed and deeply uncomfortable — an experience I will not forget. I hope Boots management take this matter seriously and ensure no one else is treated this way.

So went and dropped off a prescription for some antibiotics was told it would take an hour (thought hour is a bit of a long time) so decided to go somewhere and grab some food. Hour went by and went back to be told that they didn’t have the medication. I asked why when I dropped it off why was I not told as I wasted an hour in this cooking hot weather I was told they did put a call out on the intercom. Like hell I’m staying in boots. I don’t understand why they don’t take a mobile number to call you if there’s an issue. I was told to go to Tesco which I did at which point was done in 5 minutes. I’m not a fan of boots at the start and now can’t stand them even more. Fingers crossed that they get closed. The store always feels dirty and poorly stocked with stock all over the place. The staff are always rude. On a previous visit over the weekend I visited the pharmacy as got a bite by a flea and asked for something for it and was given a cream when it didn’t work went to my regular chemist and showed them the cream and were shocked as the cream was for a skin rash by this point the chemist told me I had to go to the gp as he was sure it became badly infected and had a reaction to the bite. I should’ve learnt by that not to trust the pharmacists in boots.

Well managed, top of the range products, but, always fully stocked, given modern day supplier problems. Customer loyalty rewards are the most complicated ever, terms and conditions are only fully understood by Boots employees.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. No one will acknowledge that you're waiting. The pharmacy never answer the phone, I called for several hours one day, the call times out after fifteen minutes, so I redialled, still no answer. Would strongly advise against using this pharmacy.

Reasonable selection of toiletries, gifts, healthcare products and sandwiches/snacks. Pharmacy is busy at the usual times (lunch etc) but a friendly and helpful service. They also have a kiosk window for pharmacy goods open until 10pm most days allowing you to pick up medicines and previously dropped off prescriptions.

Terrible queues in pharmacy had to queue twice half hour each time for a simple script. Staff clearly stressed and busy but a simple sorry to keep you waiting would have gone a long way. Will stick to the small independent pharmacies in future!

I only tend to use this branch for prescriptions as it's the closest one to home but it's never a pleasant or quick experience. Many other reviews have said the same, not enough staff in the pharmacy. The number of times I've gone to the branch, seen the queue at the pharmacy and just turned around and headed home. It's lucky that my prescriptions are life and death because I'd be dead by now! I've rung the pharmacy at least 5 times today and several times yesterday and it's just ringing and ringing. I know that the lack of staff isn't the employees fault but I shouldn't have to get in the car and drive to the branch and queue for goodness knows how long to enquire as to why I haven't had a notification about my repeat prescription.
