Awful experiance picking up my perscription from here on the 30th November 2025 with staff member Yvonne and another blonde lady who weren't wearing her name badge. They told me i would be waiting 20 minutes max for my perscription to be ready however, they ended up making me wait over an hour for my prescription, there were no apologies for the long wait or the four mess ups they made with preparing my prescription which caused the delay. They also left me standing there for over an hour when I suffer from disabilities and not once caught me up on what was going on. I had to keep waiting in the line over and over about three times to ask them what the hold up was and how much longer they were going to take. I probably would have been quicker going into tesco instead of waiting all that time and wasting my time. Yvonne told me that between her and the other lady they both counted my sachets wrong. Yvonne gave me the wrong type of sachets after I had spoke to them both and said numerous times that it needs to be the movicol sachets. This then made me wait even longer for them to prepare the correct ones for me and get them rechecked for the fourth time. Yvonne finally gave me the correct sachets in a damaged box which isnt right. I will never use this boots again for picking up a prescription and it's quite bad that two pharmacy workers could not count sachets properly and it took them three attempts to do it between both of them. The customer service was completely unacceptable and these two staff members need training in all areas including, professionalism, customer service and routine checks/counting stock. No excuses for what I experienced that day. Before this ive used tesco numerous times to pick up the same perscription and I've been in and out with them giving me the correct perscription first time round. I hope their managers check the CCTV and investigate.

Boots Arena,Coventry- I would just like to say thank you to the young lady in Boots on Monday morning 4/8/25 at 9:05 am who was not only helpful in finding me an item out the back of the store but also being kind, pleasant and patient. It's rare for people to take the time these days to help find something and to spend a moment talking but she deserves a mention for efficiency, an excellent face of Boots and just for being a nice person so thank you and I hope her manager sees this. I'm only sorry I don't know your name!

Ideal for people who need Christmas or birthday presents . Good range of most things as it's a large store. Soap and glory offers . Can pick up a prescription while you shop It is located within Coventry Arena Park by the football stadium. Lots of parking but does get very busy on Saturdays.

The place seems clean and tidy or well filled from outside, but very messy and untidy some of the self. Staff are not friendly and welcoming at all. Most of the perfume section samples are empty and dried. Seem nobody bothered to change. The sunglasses section has been completely ignored. For a big retailer like boots, must need to keep its best and maintain constant standards without any excuses.

There's an air about most Boots stores these days that they're closing down and this was no different. Maybe the Christmas clearance section being virtually empty didn't help. Staff, as always, were super helpful.

This is just a review of the pharmacy, changed my prescriptions to this pharmacy due to ease of parking and the fact the store is open everyday and its a large store so must be efficient or not. Have picked up a few prescriptions from here now and the are rarely ready even days after they have received it. They need to look through a phonebook of unfilled prescriptions every time. As i write this they received a prescription on Thursday and have yet to receive a txt saying its ready (Sunday) so am going to the store later anyway.

The Pharmacy used to be great - efficienct, and super-friendly, but the quality of care, random locums, and processing of prescriptions is terrible now. Service has really gone downhill the last couple of years. Sadly - very poor!

Went in to buy some lemsip and couldn’t find it anywhere. The assistant manager Johnson came to help and went straight on the back of the store to get some for us and restock the shelf. He was very friendly and respectful with us. You should promote the guy. The staff has always been very nice and welcoming. The store also contains almost everything that boots can offer.
