   I’ve not used the pharmacy at this branch, so my review doesn’t include that. Although I prefer Superdrug in general to Boots, this is still a handy small branch for most basic things. I like that Boots click and collect online orders can be collected from here, which saves a trip into town. There can be a queue for the counter, as the staff tend to be on the shop floor, sorting out the shelves and can take a while to notice that there’s people waiting to be served. So I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re in a hurry.

   Stopped using the pharmacy due to ridiculous waiting times.After queueing with prescription for 15 mins (2 ahead of me) I was told they had my drugs but it would be 15 mins more before I could have them! (Admin?). So , I went to do some grocery shopping then returned only to have to queue again! Lloyds just up the road much more efficient…

   Service has deteriorated significantly in last year so these issues are not pandemic or supply issues Very long waits at pharmacy and there have been errors & delays. Unfortunately in the position of having to visit pharmacy rather regularly & there are usually disgruntled customers with similar issues of delayed completion of prescription, missed repeats, errors etc. It's frustratingly poor.

   Drove from st. Fagans in rush hour traffic to make boots closing time at 5.30. When I got there they had closed the shop early due to an electric fault. I had a parcel to pick up which I bought for a gift. So disappointed I am now unable to give the gift for a birthday tomorrow. Never using this store again!
