   We are always grateful for the care & help & kindness shown to our pets & to us whenever we need 608 to care for our cats. They are always helpful & reassuring & really care about them & also understand our feelings & are very sensitive & kind. We are confident in their knowledge & skills & advice & it is very reassuring to know they are there in times of need. Helena was great & so lovely to our kitten, Quasar - she loved Helena. Also when we came to see Alicia, she was also really great & helpful. The nurses & receptionists are also always friendly & kind.

   Attended tonight for a simple yearly booster jab for my golden retriever. Mentioned to the vet about another small issue; expecting to be told to make another appointment. The veterinarian ( sorry dont know her name ) was absolutely fantastic and really did take the time out to investigate the issue, help and advise. Shes an absolute credit to your team. Receptionist was also very pleasant.

   Never used the vets since they sent my beloved dog to the council refuge when he died Although we all went in to the vets and arranged with the practice in person to have a private cremation and for his ashes to be bought back to me Totally heartbroken and ive never got over it Im crying now writing this My dog was like my child and it will affect me for the rest of my life

   I have used 608 a lot over the past year for my dog Milly, who has had some serious health issues. All the staff - vets, nurses, receptionists and everyone else have been fantastic. I feel that they are absolute miracle workers. The care they give to animals is first class and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am lucky to have such a great practice so near. Thank you 608, particularly Jordana and Patricia.
