   Just went to get my dog toothpaste, flea and worming tablets, ( which they text me every month for ) no toothpaste, had flea treatment off the shelf £25. No worming tablets because my dog hasn’t seen the vet in a year so another charge of £50plus ( I can’t afford this ) so no worming tablets.. for a company who supposedly love animals what a rip off. I’m cancelling her registration.so one less piece of gold jewellery for the woman I spoke too…

   The treatment over the last month of our family pet cat Daisy by vet Maciej has been 5 star. Nothing has been to much trouble and he has kept us informed of possible treatments and costs.The receptionist Debbie was also lovely and so kind to me when i was at the practice with Dausy being seen very quickly as an emergency.Although we very sadly lost Daisy to what was a thrombosis caused by the earlier trauma I cannot thank them enough. Maciej was so kind and thoughtful right up to the end. Caring and compassionate vet and staff for both pet owners and pets.

   Brilliant vet, Majiec was really great with the spaniel we took here as a client. He looked at the best options for the pet and explained in detail everything we needed to know. The surgery was done and the spaniel really bounced back well. He healed really quickly and with the check ups Maciej was very thorough.

   Our dog is a rescue dog, he is people reactive, we always muzzle him but we are always concerned might panic with people around him. The receptionists are great and so are the vets, very understanding they make sure the reception is clear for us to come through. As it is our dog will now just freeze as he is so scared but I would rather that then he threatens dogs and staff. I cannot fault this vets, their customer service is second to none

   We’ve been using this veterinary surgery since we first got our dog 8 years ago. The staff are incredibly helpful and caring and always put the animals needs first. My dog has had 2 operations with vets 4 pets Caerphilly, and the surgeons, nurses and reception staff have been incredible on both occasions. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all your hard work vets4pets Caerphilly!

   Very transactional and no patience with my dog, she frightened him so much that now he won't even walk by the Vets. He was very nervous, we were there for a vaccine, but she had no interest in trying to calm his nerves, just insisted he should be prescribe Prozac, that would be bought monthly ££ (we've had a second opinion by another vet and he does not need Prozac). It's such a shame as our first experience with Majic was lovely and the reception team were pleasant enough. But he and the team also try to upsell products we didn't need.

   I had two issues, the first was that while I was in the waiting room someone else came out to pay for their treatment and was told it was around £200 and they were told that their preferred payment method wasn’t able to be accepted so while they left to get their partner from outside to pay I heard one receptionist tell the other that the price was wrong and was closer to £100 instead however the first receptionist replied with “charge it anyway” … I was appalled and immediately concerned about what was to follow my own appointment. I was prescribed a minuscule amount of antibiotics for a kitten that cost £90 when I had the exact same product with additional painkillers prescribed for a dog twice the weight for £60 all together elsewhere so I have to say I won’t be returning as I very much got the impression that this branch is money driven rather than actually caring about their customers

   The recipient was lovely and the other pets at reception were also lovely with my puppy. The vet seen Fred he was friendly with Fred and gave me a good explanation of what the issue was. He gave me treatment to solve the issue. It was a pleasant experience and I'm happy I chose yourselves a my puppy's vets
