Tariq and the Valley exotics team were fantastic in helping us out when we were staying in the area and unexpectedly needed expert exotic vet support at short notice. I would definitely recommend them to exotic pet parents in the area.
These amazing dedicated vets and vet nurses saved our beautiful ragdoll cat their care is first class...communication was excellent we shall be forever grateful that they saved sassy who is our elderly mums best friend and companion. A simple spaying went horribly wrong but their care and expertise not forgetting the round the clock care saved her. A special massive thank you to Nia the fantastic vet we will never forget you...your kindness and support means so much. The hospital is well equipped modern and spotlessly clean front of house receptionist are welcoming Thank you all
My boy was sick and there was no other vet that could see if. We live 40 minutes away. The team here were soo soo lovely. In my hour of honest despair at losing him just a few minutes after these photos were taken, they couldn't of been kinder. I will always be so thankful ❤️

Fabulous. Looked after my lil dog when he snapped his cruciate ligament, he had surgery and he's doing amazing. The staff are fantastic
These vets are outstanding. I cant thank them enough. My little dog was with them for 3 days after a savage attack by another dog. After which, I thought she was dead. She still has a long road to recovery but if it was,not for these dedicated amazing people, she surely would have died.

My rabbit chewie has been very poorly with his eye, the vet Tariq was very knowledgable and quick in response. They took blood samples which came back quickly Unfortunately chewie has e cuniculi which effected his eye, it had gotten worse over the last few days and he went back to see tariq today and we came to the agreement that our best option was removal. Even though the team were very busy they got him in as an emergency. Chewie has come home and is very settled. They made sure he was eating/drinking before he left and didn’t rush him out after his surgery. Definitely recommend couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you so much to the whole team
