Bridge vets in Pontllanfraith are fantastic, my dog has been very poorly these last 6 months and unfortunately it was her time to shine last week. The care and compassion the whole team have shown, has been outstanding. Special mention to receptionist Sally, who always takes the time to listen to your concerns and gets you seen quickly. Excellent visit to Bridge vets today for Izzy's vaccinations. The vet was very attentive. Listened to concerns about Izzy not liking injections and responded to this. The result was a reasonably relaxed Izzy. Thank you very much
Jesse had to have his ear glued due to a dog attack last week, and had to go to Bridge Vets. Chloe the Vet went above and beyond to make sure he was looked after. A week later and she rings to see how he is doing. I highly recommend this Vets. They go above and beyond to help you. Fantastic, thank you all.

This vets used to be brilliant and the actual vets still are usually but the receptionists are the rudest, most unhelpful women I’ve ever had to deal with. It must be a requirement to get a job here that you have a stinking attitude and have no desire to be helpful to anyone. Could really do with some customer service training or at the very least some advice on how to be a decent person.
