   I am very disappointed with my experience at this veterinary clinic regarding care for exotic birds. I brought my budgie in for nail clipping on several occasions, and unfortunately the nails were clipped badly more than once. During the most recent visit, my budgie’s leg was cut in several places during the procedure. This is far beyond a minor mistake. Since then, my bird appears unwell, which is extremely worrying. Exotic pets require specialized handling and experience. Based on my repeated experiences, I would strongly advise bird owners to seek a veterinarian who specializes in avian or exotic animal care.

   Unfortunately we met a very rude person on a reception desk, women over 40 years old with lip piercing. She raised a voice and mage me feel so uncomfortable even if question was sensible and polite. She asked to deal with us other workers after we finish our appointment, but it wasn't nice at all. We booked a dental service for December but I am not sure if we want to come back there. As a person with disability I will struggle to deal with this worker.

   Our first visit here as our dog had been bitten by another dog, and we needed an appointment on that day. Staff were so helpful and friendly, the receptionist, nurses and the vet. Our dog was thoroughly checked and treated. So grateful they could see us at such short notice!

   This place is absolutly amazing with you and with your pets. We Lost our poor girl INDAR two weeks ago, and they were brilliant. They sent us a card and a little present to our home to say sorry for our Lost. I could not be more thankful. For me it was a really beautiful detail. Thank you!
