   Had s lovely stay there. Easy walk to the castle. Room was good. The breakfast is really tasty & good value. The staff were very friendly - particularly Sandra, who pointed us in the right direction with a medical problem that arose.

   A really nice stay here. Location was very central and not too noisy. The room was standard, clean no real issues. We were fortunate to have a great view of Windsor castle from here. The true highlight was one of the staff Tara, who made us feel very welcome, and really helped us get our bearings - thanks to her especially for making the stay even better.

   The hotel location was great. The service was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the room did not feel clean at all! We found hair in the bed and also there were no fitted sheets on the bed and the duvet covers had holes in them! We found the duvet stained with what looked like blood! We noticed it as it wasn’t covered by the sheet! My husband complained to the reception straight away and the lady came to change the bedding. Luckily we only stayed 1 night and didn’t spend much time in the room. The breakfast was ok. We wouldn’t stay again.

   From the moment we walked in and the friendliness of the two young ladies on the reception desk we had a great overnight stay. They offered us a room with a view of the castle which we appreciated. Lovely clean and spacious room and the position of the Hotel is perfect for seeing the attractions of Windsor and Eton.

   our stay here was really nice and the room was spacious and it's great you can open the windows here! everything was great, especially the breakfast! the only slight thing we didn't like was the bar/cafe/restaurant area, as the seats weren't comfy and seemed more like a canteen than a bar or restaurant. apart from that our stay was really nice!

   All 1-2 stars reviews are all correct. Very hard to find the hotel during the night. £24 parking , no heating during the night, no phone in the room to call reception , no washing gel or shampoo in the bathroom (the dispenser was almost empty and mixed with water), no toilet brush, most important don't eat from the cafe - bar. Never seen so dirty cutlery there were food from previous person food who was eating.

   Room they first showed us was not ready but they quickly found us another room. The room was quite pleasant but only tea was supplied.Breakfast was disappointing, it was a help yourself buffet not hot and fresh. Coffee was from a machine and not very nice. But it was handy for Wndsor Castle and shops.

   Room was a good rate. Could have been a little cleaner but what was good was how wonderful Sandra was in the morning. She was attentive and helpful to everyone even grumpy non morning people. She was helping with stuck toast, clearing tables and sorting car parking tickets. Thanks Sandra, hope you have a lovely Christmas.

   I would like to start by saying that while there were negatives to my stay, the big positive was how friendly, helpful and attentive the staff were at the hotel. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. While I wasn't expecting much, I would at least expect my room to be clean. There were hairs and crumbs all over different surfaces and the bedside table had clearly had a drink spilled on it and had not been cleaned as it was all sticky. The bathroom wasn't much better with dirt and mould around the taps, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and there were stains on some of the towels. They had also not filled the hair and shower gel dispenser so you'd be stuck if you hadn't brought your own! I don't expect much from a Travelodge as they are meant to provide accommodation on a budget but I'd at least expect them to be clean and tidy and my room certainly wasn't. The only bonus here is the location, since you are in the heart of Windsor, as well as having access to easy parking in the multi-storey. Apart from that though, I would look to avoid

   I was a little concerned about staying here after reading some of the reviews but we needn’t have worried. Hotel was clean and staff were lovely. Our family room was plenty big enough and the boys loved watching the trains from the window-it wasn’t noisy! I paid extra for a room with a coffee machine and we got lots of snacks too. Breakfast in the morning was great, a variety of cereals and breads, plus a full English. Food was hot and quickly topped up. We parked in the shopping centre attached where you get half price parking from the hotel.
