   I was supposed to be going away for a few days, because I was working on Saturday my wife popped in to see them and was told no problem but they would need to see proof of vaccination first, so I nipped in on Sunday to tell them that I couldn't find the vaccination card but I had proof of payment on a barclaycard statement and I couldn't get to vet until Tuesday for a replacement card until Tuesday because of the bank holiday, I was assured that there would be no problem with booking the cat in from Wednesday until Monday when I had the proof on Tuesday. I get the card and return, fine to book the cat in but I would need to take her out out again for Friday and Saturday then return her as they were fully booked on those two days. How does that work?When I said that didn't really work I was directed to a lovely place some miles away, a dog kennels but their cattery hadn't been built yet. I'm feeling strung along and fed up, hopefully the family will have a good time away without me

   A lovely kennels but their prices are really expensive. I dropped my dog off at 2pm, collected at 2pm the following day and the cost was £49! A huge price for just 24hrs. I’m afraid we’ll have to find alternative kennels, or even a ‘home from home’ stay will be cheaper than this.

   Constant noise and dogs seem very bored. Hence the constant barking, as if lookingfor attention. Did not see any staff attempt to provide any comfort etc to anynof the animals. Pens look a decent size and were clean.

   First time using this Kennel ( or any kennel )for my 10 month old puppy. Staff have been lovely with her as she tends to be quite a nervous little dog. They said she took a day or two to settle but was then fine and not bothered by other dogs. She had even been given a bath before l picked her up so smelt and looked great. She has been very sleepy since we got home but l think that's to be expected. Will be using again.

   Very friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Our dog Rocky was well looked after. The prices was really reasonable and I felt our dog enjoyed his stay! He was well and truly tired out after his week there. Thank you to all the staff from the Yorkshire sisters!
