   Highly professional and caring kennels. My 2 dogs have just had 2 stays here (over 3 weeks in total) - their first time staying anywhere. They were well cared for, and the team really tried to understand the dogs and to cater for their individual needs (1 is shy and nervous). The kennels were also heated and were warm (even in December). They have both returned home as though they have never been away. Huge thanks to the whole team. Highly recommend.

   Totally impressed with the professionalism at Crosslands, first time leaving our 3 girls together in kennels and reviewed a few before settling with Crosslands. 3 big girls with different personalities and was filled with confidence as soon as they were dropped off, staff were confident handling them and they didn’t even look back as they walked away. All have come home healthy and happy. It’s great to have the peace of mind that the girls are safe and happy whilst we are away and it’s something that has prevented us going away for a while.

   Excellent service from Julie and the team. We took our little man in for Physiotherapy with Mike who is very knowledgeable and caring. His experience showed and our boy knew he was in safe hands and stayed calm throughout his first session. Thank you for taking him on as your patient

   Lovely staff make this our go to Kennel. Rufus is a regular visitor and is always happy to arrive and happy when we collect , after a good sniff round reception he walks in without a backward glance! . Reassuring to know he is in good hands while we are away and Julie & Mike and their team are always extremely helpful.

   Chief had his first long holiday at Crosslands Kennels and he loved it! A very happy boy returned home to us :-) We were initially nervous about leaving him for that long period, given he’s only 22mths old, a big boy and still in training to work on impulse control. Given his head strong behaviour we thought he would be a challenge, but Crosslands proved to be more than capable and their expertise and passion for what they do meant for a great experience for both Chief and us - hugely impressed and he’s looking forward to his next stay! Also, a big shout out for their grooming services as Chief looked so handsome when he came home. Double coated is hard work….kudos to the team :-)

   TOP TOP MARKS TO JULIE AND THE CROSSLANDS TEAM!! I have been taking my dog Paws to Julie for a number of years now for both grooming and kennels and always receive a first class service. Julie is very accommodating and will do everything possible to help and support - even when life doesn’t go to plan! Most especially during a recent house move and huge renovation project for my family, the team have shown a hugely flexible and supportive approach every step of the way!!    Just want to thank Julie and the amazing team for taking such great care of our 4 and half year old bichon Mr Fudge while we went on holiday q fre weeks ago. I was so worried that he would be so sad as he has bad separation anxiety but he loved his time there and looked so healthy and happy when we went to pick him up after 10 days. Highly recommend this family run business. Its clean and comfortable for the dogs and they give them all the love and attention they need and want.
