   I booked a week for my cat leading up to Easter and found collecting her over the Easter weekend to be too much of an inconvenience to the owners. I was only given a 3 hour window on a Saturday morning. I cancelled my booking and went somewhere else who are more flexible.

   Highly recommend. We are new to the area and so new to this cattery. Our cats came home happy, well fed, and back to their normal selves. Super friendly staff, clean pens and beautiful area. Will be back :)

   My male cat has been going here for some years now. He is 10, and he is never upset to go on his cattery hollibobs it's always very clean . We were shown my cats boarding room the 1st Yr we went prior to covid. There is an on-site veterinary nurse. There is a grooming parlour. If you wish to make use of the facility, they can post photos of your cat on fb if you are worried whilst away. Food is included in the price. You just need to take treats bedding and toys. It's in a semi rural location, so it's quiet. Matthew is excellent with the cats. There is such love for them . There are cameras to watch the cats when the staff aren't in the cattery but in the house or office. There are various drop-off and pick-up times, so visitors don't clash, and masks still need to be worn in the office, which is great to protect staff and customers. My cat was very ill before his last stay but was sent home after vetenary treatment as better. Rather than us taking him on holiday with us, Matthew kindly agreed to still take him as he's a placid cat, and he knew he'd be OK to take medication by hand.

   My priorities were my kittens safety & being well looked after.. He had actually grown in 9 nights.. Exceptionally clean & well looked after cattery. I was a little disappointed by the size of accommodation as he runs & loves to jump.. but he’s been fine since coming home. I mentioned my problems with asthma but my kitten didn’t affect me at all on coming home. Thank you for your hard work & dedication.

   Matt who runs the cattery is always welcoming and keeps the cattery absolutely immaculate. The cats are very well looked after. Would recommend this to anyone who loves their cat and wants a safe place for them to stay when they go on their holiday. Reassurance that their cat is being well cared for.

   The place was clean and quite spacious but we are so disappointed when the morning we picked up our cat, she didn't get fed! She was so unsettled in the car. Their reason was, they worry the cat would get sick in the car, well you should feed her at latest one hour early then! I picked her up at 9.30 and they usual breakfast normally 8-9 if you feed her at 8 she would be fine. What if I'm late and pick her up at 10.30 she will be starving?? Also, she was already in her carrier when I arrived and her place already cleaned as the cleaner just left her space. How long she's been in carrier for? We are not really happy about this, she shouldn't be in carrier when she don't need too! Another thing, when we dropped her and tell them we will picked up on the date agreed he said "that would be at 9.30-10.30" like we didn't have any other options BUT we PAID full day for that day and you don't even give her proper breakfast! (Only left over biscuits from last night you said) And my cat obviously lighter than when she come in. She was an outdooor cat and with her being in the cage for 12 days we thought she gonna be heavier without lots of exercise but nope come home lighter and its tell how much you look after her! Check your bill on how many days you actually pay because you actually can request to pick your cat in the evening when I confronted about this after!
