   Conveniently located to junction 1 of the M69, but with a very quiet farm location. A great place to book for a recreational stay, or business trip. I stayed in a self catering barn conversion. It was very cosy, and has all the utilities you would expect. The under floor heating was great to have for a cold February stay. The hosts are very friendly and sociable, to both me and Oscar my dog! The farm gardens and rooms are very dog friendly. Thanks! ;)

   We had a stay here in May whilst visiting the Triumph factory. We really enjoyed the area and the B&B itself. It is a working farm, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Jon was a perfect host and the exquisite English breakfast made the stay perfect!

   John was very welcoming and the room was perfect. Located just off the M69 but far enough away to make you think you’re miles away from anywhere. Wolvey is just 10 minutes walk away where there are some great places to eat and drink. My son and I agreed John puts on one the best breakfast’s we’ve had. Will definitely be returning the next time we are traveling up that way.
