    Violence and death threats from residents and staff do nothing whatsoever to assist or help. Condescending insensitive landlord's don't care about anything except threatening court action and rent. The police are understanding but cannot now confront landlords enough. Leaks and damage everywhere.. Be careful to those who who are thinking about living here. Elaine especially has been utterly amazing and despite the problems with Daniel ilan has been supportive too over the many years.

    This place has terrible internet, would be ok if you could use your data connection but the location is a known not spot for mobile data so that doesn't help! The plumbing system makes a ridiculous amount of noise which may even wake you up during light sleep, even the hotel plumber admitted to how bad it was. Walls are extremely thin, I could hear pretty much everything my neighbour was doing. If you're thinking of staying here for more than a week...don't, especially if you plan to rent. The location is superb however.

    The room had not been taken care of, it was clean but there were several things missing such as no personal hygiene products at all, not shower gel, shampoo, nothing, extremely uncomfortable, small shower, with a fixed on the wall shower head, which doesn't move at all, nothing to put your cleaning products on, and very narrow space for you get in and out of the shower, always sideways! The double bed and the duvets were very small. The area is really beautiful and with good public transportation options.

    Perfect location, lovely place. I really liked the room, it was clean enough and the staff were always helpful when we needed. The room was warm and cosy and had all what necessary for our stay. We stayed for 12 days, and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to London.

    The first time I am actually considering to repeat a place. Excellent team and service! They really know what they are doing. The studios are modest and you get what you pay for. Clean and tidy - for a shower and a place to sleep, it is all you need. Very small in size, though nicely optimized. Mind that if you get the fourth floor there are lots of stairs to climb.

    I stayed here for a night. The rooms are very clean and basic but great value for money and the beds are comfortable. They are en suite. No tea/coffee or shampoo given but all other materials provided. Great price for London. A lot of stairs however!

    Place is very well positioned, close to Northern and Jubilee line tube stops and to shops and amenities. Studio is very good, only a couple of nuisances: the shower water, which had some weird smell but that's possibly because of the old building and therefore old pipes (tap water from kitchen sink was just fine for drinking) and the bed mattress, which was a bit on the soft side. Nevertheless, great place!
