   Amateur. Dog fell off table and was suspended by neck. Took far too long. Dog was required to be held after all this stress. Place is covered in hair.

   I know it’s a clichè to say that we can’t recommend Grubby Paws enough but it’s definitely deserved in this instance. At short notice, and even on her day off, Emma did such an amazing job, our puppy wasn’t the most behaved (it seems he hates scissors lol). I have every admiration for Grubby Paws and the ‘can do’ approach. We will definitely be using Grubby Paws again in the near future.

   I'd like to change my initial review. This week I tested positive for Covid19 and was taken to hospital. The appointment we had booked was missed and I received a text message. When I replied apologising and informing the owner that I was I'll and was isolating, the response I got was "that doesn't stop you letting me know". We will be finding another groomer
