Chelsea is friendly and professional. We tried a couple of other groomers as she was at capacity when we got our Lakeland but they weren't great we went to see Chelsea in person explained our situation and she thankfully had space for our Buddy. Buddy loves his appointments with Chelsea couldn't recommend her enough.
Chelsea is brilliant with our very nervous rescue dog who hates having her nails trimmed. Friendly, patient & always gets the job done with great efficiency.

My dog can be quite anxious, but Chelsea handled him with such care and expertise that he came out looking and feeling fantastic. His coat was beautifully trimmed, nails perfectly clipped, and he even smelled amazing! It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the pets they groom. Have tried to book my dog in for a groom since June 2021, no replies to emails, Facebook or instagram. No communication from them what so ever, it's like they don't want your business.
Chelsea is fantastic. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. If she can't fit you in she will recommend other groomers in the area. My go to groomer.
