   Our First trip as a family on a Narrow Boat - we booked for a long weekend and had a great time - Our greeting and briefing was friendly and thorough. The Boat is easy to handle once you get the hang of it which we did quickly on the way to the Winding at Hatton. The Boat offer all the home comforts to a high standard. The Canal to Straford via the FLeur de Lys and Navigation Inns through classic English countryside is amazing and should not be missed - We will be back. I would highly recommend you try!

   This is a fantastic narrow boat in a superb location to enjoy two great canals. Henry gave us a thorough introduction to the boat and a test run before we departed. Although it was our first canal trip we were soon tackling the tight turn onto the Stratford canal and straight into a run of locks that were surprisingly easy to negotiate. Mooring options are plentiful either on peaceful tow path stretches or close to great pubs. The boat is very well designed and fitted out and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The arrival pack was amazing and kept us in breakfast and cheese for the whole trip. Definitely recommend this as a break and will return next year.

   I appreciated how accommodating the owners were. They allowed us to check in a bit late due to our work schedule. Despite our delayed arrival, the handover was still thorough. This was with Karen and was exceptional; this was my first time on a narrowboat and I was very well instructed on piloting and the day-to-day needs of Smoke. The boat itself was immaculate and clearly well maintained. It was comfortable, warm, and inviting, and there was a hamper of food provided as well! Navigating through the canal and visiting the pubs on the way was a wonderful experience. Over the weekend, we were even able to sit out on the front deck in some rare sunshine! The hosts were great, the tutorials were thorough, all in all fantastic service. Will definitely be back!

   We had such a great time on Smoke. It was such a great boat and it had everything you needed to have a great holiday. It was so clean and well equipped with quality products. Shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The location was perfect very close to a canal junction giving you lots of options on routes to take. When relaxing in the evening the boat had a TV and DVD player and also had a large selection of films and comedy shows to watch - the WiFi was good. It is equipped with controlable speakers throughout the boat allowing you to listen to music in all rooms or just one. Even had a great selection of books to read. Looking forward to booking again soon - the owners are so nice and welcoming. They help you chose the best route to take along the canals to suit you preference. They take you through all the information you need to work the boat, how to get through locks and use all the facilities - the hamper they provided was amazing and it had such a great selection of food and drink. Thank you "Smoke" for such a great holiday.

   Absolutely brilliant time on 'Smoke' this weekend! What a gorgeous, immaculate boat with everything you could possibly need! Our family loved every second, we will definitely be back for more! Henry and Tabitha were outstanding hosts and the location is picture perfect! I would highly recommend! I just wish we had stayed longer! Spectacular memories we will never forget!

   We had the best time on 'Smoke'. Henry and Tabitha were amazing hosts and had thought of everything in advance. They were also able to give us great local knowledge and ideas on stopping points and pubs. The narrowboat itself is beautiful and has been fabulously decorated so that it feels more like a spacious apartment than anything else. Our teenage sons loved it (I think probably in spite of themselves!) and we will definitely be back for more
