Our stay at the Milestone was truly excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service from every staff member was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing as well. Truly an unforgettable stay and we will be back!
This hotel is simply exceptional. Every small detail has been considered. From the way my makeup was organized when I was away for the day to an extra water bottle when they noticed I drank more than two per day. No request too big or two small. As someone who travels 20+ weeks a year I look forward to the day I get to return.
A prestigious stay indeed, it is my second time here in the Milestone and will definitely not be my last. Starting from the luxurious room and moving to the fancy Lobby area it was indeed extraordinary. Rooms are classically themed which gives cozy vibes. And staff are well trained and professionalism when it comes to providing service and treating the guests. This stay couldnt get any better indeed. And i would like to extend my appreciation to Mr Blake for the excellent services provided and to the entire team.
Our experience with The Milestone Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. Their customer service is truly unmatched we and all of our guests felt like royalty from the moment we arrived. Emma and the rest of the incredible team went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself. Planning a wedding from the United States meant relying heavily on their guidance, and they supported us with such care, attention to detail, and professionalism that we always felt at ease. The entire celebration was magical. Everything was stunning the flowers, the cake, the ambiance. The pastry team even recreated our cake so we could take photos of the cake cutting before our photographer left, and then served the actual cake later. It was such a thoughtful, seamless touch that made our day even more special. We could not have imagined a more perfect experience. The Milestone team helped create memories we will cherish forever.
Absolutely wonderful hotel with beautiful artwork and top tier elegance. The service was incredible and the food was just as exquisite. It’s the perfect location for the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and Kensington High Street. I only stayed for 1 night and I didn’t want to leave! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury experience. ✨
Unreal service and hospitality. All the staff is professional, helpful, and ready to adjust and accommodate. Bartenders and servers in the Stables Bar are dope as hell. If you're reading this, go here, be your full rich and fancy self, tip the staff more than you think you should. You have it, they deserve it, simple as that.
The afternoon tea here is one of the best experiences you can have in London. They have a variety of different themed rooms for you to dine in so you can have a new environment each time you visit. Their menu is flexible as long as you give enough notice for any dietary restrictions.
We stayed at the milestone for two whole weeks. And to be Frank I was a bit skeptical staying for a long period of time in a hotel that’s new to us. However, this hotel exceeded every single expectations we had. It’s a nice British boutique hotel, with a fantastic location and an outstanding service and staff. Every single employee we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our stay. Everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful. Their afternoon tea was to die for as well. We had few requests prior to our stay, and when we arrived the staff made sure everything is in order to our liking. This is a true 5 stars hotel. We can’t wait to go back!
There was a small mishap in my reservation, but the staff was so accommodating and kind, I was never worried about my stay there. Truly a 5-star hotel in my opinion. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was amazing…luxurious, beautiful, posh. Turndown service every evening with candies left on the bed. As a woman traveling alone, they made me feel safe, welcome, and looked after. Champagne afternoon tea service was amazing!! Be prepared to eat a lot. Tea was fantastic…I miss it already. Dinner at Chenestons was ok. The food was well prepared, but the choices on the menu weren’t anything I was excited about. Cocktails in the lounge were the finest! Angelo is an amazing mixologist; incredibly creative and knowledgeable in his craft. Their smoked old fashioned is a must have. And ask Claire to make a hot toddy…you won’t be disappointed! The breakfast was equally amazing as the tea service. I had the smoked salmon scrambled eggs on toast. So delicious! The hotel is right across from Hyde Park which has numerous walking paths for a leisurely stroll after breakfast or afternoon tea. If it’s a rainy day, their doorman will set you up with one of their umbrellas. The concierge staff was very helpful and kind. One man asked for reservations for somewhere that served beef Wellington for him and his wife. The concierge called around, found a restaurant, checked on available reservations, let the guest know, and booked it for him. They'll call taxis for you, set up tours, etc. Excellent customer service!
