   Our one-night stay at the Hilton Park Lane was exceptional. The staff and service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. The Executive Suite was beautifully detailed, and we were so touched by the personal touch of "Välkommen" written in flowers on the bed, a lovely nod to our Swedish heritage. The view over Hyde Park was simply stunning, with the lights of the Winter Wonderland amusement park creating a magical backdrop. It made the stay unforgettable. A truly memorable experience from start to finish.

   We stayed at Hilton London Park Lane in the Executive Suite and were extremely happy from the moment we arrived. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome at all times. The suite was beautiful with a great view, and the overall service and experience were excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

   I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Park Lane. The location is absolutely perfect, right on Park Lane with stunning views and easy access to major attractions. The hotel is elegant, well maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly, making the stay stress-free and comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities. The food and breakfast were also great, with good quality and variety. Overall, Hilton Park Lane delivers true Hilton-standard hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

   An absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredible and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special, as did the rest of the team. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and created such a warm, festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our room was amazing, with a stunning view over Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, which made it even more memorable. Every little detail was clearly thought through with great care. A truly five-star experience, we can’t wait to return! Thank you so much.

   We recently spent 3 wonderfull days at the Hilton, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home. As hotel owners we have a trained eye for detail and we were impressed. The service was outstanding ; the doorman opened our taxi and shared local tips, the Guest Relation Manager welcomed us wich such personal attention, we felt truly valued as guests. The concierge team was exceptional helpful and the lobby, beautifully decorated with festive Christmas touches, created a luxurious and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Simone at the Executive Lounge : Her charming personality and kind words made every visit an absolute pleasure. Our room was spotless, comfortable and perfect for relaxing. Our view on the 24th was amazing. Breakfast was plentiful , fresh and well presented. Overall, we were impressed by the combination of professionalism and geniune warmth from every staff member. As people being active in hospitality ourselves; we appreciated it immensely. It was a delight to be taken care of so well. Highly recommended; we look forward to return soon!

   I stayed here for business, 11 nights. This was a great location for most everything. Quite close to the tube and walkable to shops and restaurants. The breakfast and the breakfast staff are outstanding! The breakfast staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable with beautiful views, at least my room. I had a couple of issues with my room the first day, but they quickly resolved everything. It’s not a brand new hotel. They gave me a free drink at the Skyview bar as an apology. As I am a gold member (Diamond after this trip), I was disappointed I wasn’t upgraded to the executive lounge. This is the first Hilton hotel that has not upgraded me to include the executive lounge. For someone traveling for business, the desk chair was not incredibly comfortable. I wish they would have chairs that adjusted for us shorter people. I had to pile pillows on the chair to make it comfortable to use my computer. But overall, I really enjoyed this hotel, and would not hesitate to stay again.

   We loved our recent stay! We went as a last minute long weekend trip and arrived later than usual due to a flight delay. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. As a diamond member, I was upgraded automatically; however, the staff further upgraded us to the Park Lane Suite which was excellent and bigger than most NYC apartments. Alisha was excellent and even arranged to have distilled water sent to the room for my husband’s cpap machine. Breakfast had a decent spread with the buffet and with the possibility of ordering hot foods and the service was excellent. We used the executive lounge a few times which is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been to compared to other properties. We had drinks at the Sky bar which had a nice view. The location is excellent. Black cabs are waiting outside so it is easy to get around and walking around Mayfair at night was lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and I am happy I chose this hotel (I did tons of research prior to booking).

   5 stars for the service and location. Taxis, buses were easily accessible due to the location. Some major attractions nearby at a walking distance. Great ambience overall. The service was excellent. We got a yummy complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Housekeeping was readily available. I gave three stars for the room as the furniture and fixtures need refurbishment. There was rust on the shower and the bathroom fixtures which was a real disappointment considering the price of the room and compared to the gleaming and shining bathrooms in other 5 star hotels. The fridge had a smell and was really old, probably hadn't been used in a long time. The temperature control should be modernized.

   Attended our office Christmas party here last week and it was good. On entering the hotel, you will find yourself in the lobby. The interior design and decor of the lobby is reminiscent of the 1950s. It is spacious and beautiful. There is wheelchair access but you will have to inform staff in advance so that they can support you. The lifts are wheelchair/pram/pushchair accessible. The stairs are swirly and big with enough room for people to walk up and down without crowding each other. Our party was held in the Wellington ballroom. Lovely decor and easily accessible to the toilets. I didn’t stay at the hotel but it was busy there. It’s in a prime location for central London. Staff were great. Had a lovely day.

   Check in was smooth and greeted with champagne. Room had an incredible view. Staff were super helpful. I found the rooms to be quite outdated, but you do get a certain standard. Nice alternative considering the other options in the area.
