This is not a hotel. This is a poorly executed and run student dorm at best. It is a rip off with ridiculously small rooms so much so that there is less than a foot on each side of the bed with no alternative space for your luggage. You will have to dive in bed from the front else walk on top or over your bags. It is designed and run by a team of amatures who likely have never travelled or stayed in basic hotels with no understanding of what might be needed by people who are jet lagged and have not slept for 24 hours. Don't be confused by the fact that this 'hotel' offers a kitchen. You may be able to warm up your food in your room but there will be no place to actually eat it unless you want to eat in bed. There is no desk or a table. The only thing that's good about this place is the location. There are other hotels near by. Stay there. This place is dirty, uncomfortable and suffering form a profound lack of customer empathy.

I had a wonderful stay at these beautiful apartments. Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. I did miss a dressing table and mirror for when I was getting ready, although I could have sat in the kitchen. The Bedroom was massive and could accommodate a small dresser. I will definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, and the staff is helpful and kind. The room (superior studio) is small, there is no sofa, only a hard and unconfortable bench along the window with no back support. So it is not nice to stay in the room because you have to sit on the bed. The shower screen is so small that the bathroom gets floaded every time you use it. The light is very dim, and it is impossible to make up anywhere because you cannot see your face. And the "refreshment of the room" consist only in a changing of towels: no cleaning, not even sweaping the floor or emptying the garbage bins. For the price, one can find some place with better services.

We had an excellent stay at Native Bankside. It was ideally situated for us to go to the Globe Theatre, Borough Market and the Skygarden as well. The welcome was warm, friendly and efficient. Our accommodation was exceptionally clean and stylish, and my partner was touched by the birthday message and bottle of wine on the table too! Very comfortable and spacious bed, plenty of space for clothes and for bags. The room was very quiet with zero noise from either the street or other guests. The kitchen area was perfect with a great sized fridge and a dinky dishwasher too! My partner thought it would be ideal for coming down for his work in future. Very minor constructive feedback would be that the fancy lights were a bit confusing and we could have done with some instructions next to the wall switches, and also it was a bit of a hunt to find the separate light switch for the under cupboard light over the kitchen area, but we got there in the end! Oh, and we would have loved some Earl Grey tea bags for our morning cuppa, but again, a tiny quibble! The staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful, showing us where the lounge kitchen area was, in order to refill my water bottle before we headed home, and keeping our bags securely for a good part of the day after we had checked out, which meant we could enjoy our activities out, unencumbered by our luggage. A brilliant stay, highly recommended, and I'd be surprised if we didn't stay again in future.

We had an amazing stay at Native Bankside! The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk to iconic sights like the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Tate Modern and the vibrant Borough Market. Our apartment-style room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the in-room washer/dryer, which made our stay feel just like home! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Hamza, who went above and beyond with helpful local tips and made our check-out process seamless. We highly recommend Native Bankside for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in London!

I loved the sleek and modern design of the room. It was very clean and comfortable which always makes for a great stay. The staff were friendly and available to answer any questions about the room or the surrounding area during our stay. The room did have a kitchenette which included 2-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and laundry machine. There are so many great dining options within a 5 minute walk, that we did not use the kitchen at all.

Great location, highly accessible to a range of transport options. The room was tastefully designed with a well equipped kitchenette. The wifi connection was fantastic. I guess that the room layout/configuration varied. My room is perfectly fine for one person, could be a bit of a struggle for two people. My room is next to the lift/stairwell, whilst great for evacuation, it was noisy at times. Both the check-in and check-out were smooth. The team member for check-out was particularly caring and efficient. Thank you.

The apartment was a lovely size and we appreciated being able to help ourselves to filtered water. Extremely comfortable bed and worked very well for 3 people as there were 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect for accessing everywhere and would stay there again. would be nice if we had been able to open a window as less of a fan of a/c but only a minor issue.

Our premium studio was comfy, well furnished and equipped with everything we could ask for. We loved the ability to control the lighting and the AC worked perfectly. Some of the best hotel toiletries I've used too. Will definitely be staying again!

You won't stumble across this hotelβ€”it's literally in an alley that cars cannot go completely through! In fact, it's the old Empire Tea Warehouse that has been converted to a brand new hotel. It seems like a new hotel inside the skin of the old warehouse and it's quite charming. The hotel location is right off an alley that ends at the River Thames. You are across the street from the Shakespeare Globe Theater and walking distance to an amazing array of restaurants and the famous Borough Market. The hotel itself is new and therefore very clean and polished. We had a room that was very odd in configuration but we accidentally booked the room that is tagged for a short stay rather than the a long stay. No matter, it was comfortable and had all the amenities of a flatβ€”including a refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, cookware and utensils for staying in. A grocery store is only a short couple blocks away as well. Last but not least, there is a dock at the end of the alley where you can pick up the river boats for transport or tours to Westminster or Tower of London. We highly recommend this place as a comfortable, affordable stay that checks off all the boxes. Including a helpful staff on hand 24/7.
