   I recently spent some time at The Ned London, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between stylish and comfortable, and the staff made me feel looked after from the moment I arrived. Every little detail from the décor to the service felt thoughtful and well done. Whether you’re there for a meal, a drink, or a stay, it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you in a good mood. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

   I’ve been to The Ned a few times, and two years ago I had an unforgettable experience, amazing Sunday Feast, followed by hours at the stunning marble bar with exceptional service. Staff were attentive, friendly, and made the whole visit feel special. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was the complete opposite. After enjoying the Sunday Feast, we stayed at the bar for around three hours, just as we had before. This time, not once did a staff member check in with us. No offer of another drink, no refill of water, no acknowledgment at all. For a venue known for its service and atmosphere, it was extremely disappointing to see such a drop in standards. If I could, I would genuinely request my £50 service charge back, because the service was, quite honestly, non existent. The Ned is a beautiful venue, but the experience simply didn’t match the price or the expectations set by past visits. I hope this was a one-off, but it certainly left us underwhelmed.

   Our favourite spot in London! We’ve been coming to The Ned since our very first dinner together, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, the service exceptional, and the atmosphere simply unmatched. On our last visit there was a brief power cut for about 30 minutes, but honestly, it made the evening even more romantic with the candlelight — and the staff kindly offered complimentary wine, which was such a lovely touch. There’s often a live band playing, adding to the magic of the night, and it’s conveniently close to the station. For me, if I want to take someone for a truly special evening, The Ned is always the place to go.

   A truly beautiful hotel. We've stayed a number of times and our experience is consistently positive and we are always impressed by the level of service. Beautifully appointed rooms, above and beyond amenities. The staff is always genuinely friendly and helpful. Our most recent stay we arrived very early in the morning, the staff helped us store our bags and directed us to showers and change rooms so we could freshen up after our flight. They were able to get us into our room early and took the time to walk us through all of the amenities and benefits we had access to within the hotel and it's numerous bars/restaurants. The bars, restaurants, spa, gym, etc etc that you have access to as a guest are all top notch. We love staying here and will be back again!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at The Ned From the moment I arrived, The Ned exceeded every expectation. The staff, both from the hotel and the restaurant, were absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, blending classic elegance with vibrant energy. Each evening, the live music filled the lobby and created such an amazing atmosphere that I never wanted to leave. The food was exceptional — try the fish and chips and the pizza! My room was spotless and gorgeous, with every amenity I could possibly think of. It felt luxurious yet comfortable, like a home I wish I could live in. The highlight of my stay was how the team made my birthday feel so special. I arrived to find a handwritten card and a little chocolate dessert waiting for me — such a thoughtful, personal touch that truly made my day. The Ned is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. I can’t wait to return!

   A grand building which is matched by its interior, superior food and professional staff. Visited for a meeting and was blown away by the standard of the lunch offered. A fantastic atmosphere downstairs and often overprescribed. Definitely worth a visit.

   First time I have visited the Ned and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the whole experience. It is such an iconic building and they have turned it into something special. The atmosphere was fantastic and they even had a band playing on a small platform. It was extremely busy with the whole Christmas buzz.

   The NED is unquestionably the best location for having your business meets for membership holders. The service there is alright but definitely could be better. The location is the most ideal as it is in the bank area right in the heart of financial district. Just tried beverages and drinks and was alright. The rooms are very contemporary and cozy.

   Nice hotel, in a very good location for someone on a business trip. Has a lot to offer especially the party atmosphere in its lobby with the multiple restaurants and bars. My room was a bit noisy, I could hear the rubbish track early in the morning. Bed was good.

   100% we will be back to this hotel when we return to London. Service and housekeeping is absolutely mind blowingly perfect. Amenities in our room we fantastic. Cool decor. We stayed in the Heritage Suite which isn't inexpensive but you definitely feel like your money was well spent. Lovely in every possible way. I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!
