   I booked this stay as a surprise for my mum’s birthday. She had stayed at a sister hotel, The Haymarket, several years ago and spoke very highly of it, so my expectations were already high. Our experience surpassed them all. The hotel is tucked away on a lovely, quiet side street, just off Brompton Road. The location is excellent. Harrods is a short five-minute walk, and there are plenty of cafés and bars in the area. It is also within walking distance of the Victoria Apollo and Victoria Palace Theatres, Buckingham Palace, the V&A Museum, Natural History Museum and Knightsbridge tube station. Check-in was seamless and efficient, and the reception team were extremely welcoming. A helpful staff member escorted us to our room, which was beautifully decorated - not the largest I’ve stayed in, but it felt cosy and inviting, with more than enough space. As it was my mum’s birthday, the hotel had thoughtfully arranged a plate of fruit with a ‘Happy Birthday’ message and a small box of artisan chocolates, which were absolutely delicious. The entire hotel, including our room, was spotlessly clean and well-maintained - a true, five-star establishment. The reception area in particular smelled gorgeous - I wish I could bottle it and take it home! The bathroom was equally impressive. We particularly appreciated the well-designed shower, with temperature controls conveniently placed on the opposite wall to the shower head. The robes were also very luxurious. Whilst we appreciated the convenience of the honesty bar, we would have preferred a traditional bar in which to relax during the evenings, though this is simply a matter of personal preference. What sets this hotel apart is the impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered was so helpful and friendly. One standout example was the gentleman managing the valet parking. As on-street parking is free on Sundays, he offered to move our car from the secure car park to the street to save us the cost of another day’s parking. On the day of our departure, which was particularly warm, he even replaced the complimentary water bottles he had placed in the car that morning with chilled ones - a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture. The service we received at afternoon tea was equally impressive. A lovely Filipino lady served us. Unfortunately, we did not catch her name, but she was so kind and an absolute credit to the team. The scones, sandwiches and cakes were all delicious. However, I did feel it was slightly overpriced compared to other establishments which regularly replenish sandwiches and tea for a similar, or lower, cost. When we returned to our room following afternoon tea, we found the blinds drawn, fresh bottles of water and clean glasses set out, and a pillow spray thoughtfully provided. The hotel’s interior decor is stunning and adds to the overall charm of the hotel. Both my mum and I left with a new favourite hotel. Admittedly, it’s expensive, but absolutely worth it for a one-of-a-kind, 5-star experience.

   Beautiful rooms, terrific staff, great location. My wife and I have stayed here four times now over the years and we’ve absolutely loved this hotel. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We hope to return in the near future.

   A gem in London !!! We are visiting very often the city and undoubtedly this is the BEST HOTEL for couples and friends. The personnel of that hotel on the highest standards. In the centre of shopping centers but very quiet and friendly. Congratulations

   Feels overpriced for what it is. I'd caution using the mini bar unless you think 7 pounds is a fair price for crisps or 40 pounds is a fair price for a candle. The room was clean. It was appointed in a nice way. No toothpaste, bring your own. I left a charger there on the night stand - it was never seen again. The staff were friendly and welcoming - fast checkout and checkin.

   Hotels’ location is almost close to Harrods, Hyde park , many different restaurants and coffee shops. The stuff was in high level of classy dealing. The degree of cleanliness is excellent. My room was comfortable and cozy although it was a little bit small . YES! I would love to repeat the experience with Knightsbridge hotel. Thanks you all ,

   This place is utterly fantastic. The rooms are opulent. The staff are exemplary. The room service is first class. Absolutely everything about this hotel is of the highest standard and I highly recommend anyone stay here. For location, quality of accommodation and experience there really is no better hotel in Knightsbridge.

   This hotel was WONDERFUL! We needed a last minute place to stay and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and even provided us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon arrival to London. The breakfast meals were delicious and included in our booking. They included a variety of choices and all were outstanding. Coffee was delivered to our room daily without extra costs. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful in all interactions. It was a very good price for the location, room, amenities and kind staff. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here (or with other hotels in this company) in the future.
