Hi, just some friendly feedback. Your website is a bit misleading regarding in-branch collection. It showed that I could collect my order at 2pm on 29 December if I placed today (27th dec) I called the Leicester branch to double-check and was told the order would only be placed by them on the 29th, so there would be no chance of it being in stock that day. What the branch expects to happen versus what the website shows are completely different. I mentioned this to the colleague on the phone. She wasn’t rude, but didn’t seem aware of what the website was showing and wasn’t able to offer a solution. I just wanted to flag this, as I’d have been pretty disappointed turning up on Monday expecting a collection and having nothing there.
Wanted a new ring. Went to numerous jewellery shops h Samuel walked straight back out. I couldn't tell who was the staff from the customer. Staff dressed in their own clothes and there wasn't enough staff. Then I went into a few more nothing for me in those shops. Went into the swarovski shop both staff on their phones. Looked up said hello and that was that. I have brought jewellery from beaverbrook 's before so I went in their. The girl that asked me if I needed help was so friendly and professional. Asked me if I wanted a drink which I think that's such a good idea. I declined. I only wanted a ring but because the service was so good I brought a chain too. Will be buying Amy jewellery from beaverbrook. Beaverbrook 's you truly know how to look after staff. This shop was in the shires Leicester. Exceptional!!
I went in today for a watch purchase and had the pleasure of being helped by Geri. She was incredibly professional and truly outstanding. Her approach to customer service is nothing short of superb, she’s very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on creating a great experience. Geri made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
I spoke with Weronika today about buying a ring, she was lovely and professional, helped me with choosing the right metal, shape and size. Took her time to ask questions and was just so friendly. Can't rate her enough, thank you so much for your service today :)
Having a few problems with the wife's watch ,but the staff are more than helpful trying to sort the problem out ,clean and smart staff ,always willing to help .

Fantastic Service Shop was lovely and clean and they are operating a system whereby you are invited in, sat down and a team member looks after your needs. Really love this way of dealing with customers, makes you feel special. Was very fortunate to be served by Dominic who was just amazing. Dominic was very knowledgeable about all products, I was looking for a watch for my partner. Dominic asked appropriate questions, fully explained each watch that I wanted to look at and was patient, hospitable, professional and genuine. Ended up buying a watch which suits my partner perfectly. Was so pleased, I also went back and bought a watch for myself too - again from Dominic. I did notice that the quality of the diamonds on sale were excellent but none shone as brightly as Dominic - Mr Star Quality. I hope that his employers recognise his talents. Brilliant experience.
