My daughter had her ears pierced today by Dee, she was absolutely amazing with her, so kind and patient. She was nervous but Dee really put her at rest. We were given Fantastic aftercare advice and they had a beautiful selection of earrings to choose from. Will definitely go there again in the future.
The ladies my friend and I had yesterday were fantastic, so lovely to talk to and had advice for all of the piercings and jewellery we were looking at. I had my flat pierced with Lauren and omg she was so fast I barely even had time to react it was done and putting the jewellery in! She was very sweet with helping and made the experience pain free and I absolutely love my piercing! Highly recommend here I’ve had multiple of my piercings here and never had any problems!
After having had an unpleasant experience at another piercing shop, Wayne and his lovely wife, Claire - delivered such fantastic customer service. Honestly, so incredibly helpful and warm - and there is no sense of rush when you’re in their shop. Professionalism is one thing, but warmth is another - and they show both in buckets. I wanted 6 of my piercing holes stretched a bit as some had slightly closed after a year of having had no jewellery in. They did all of that as well as help me select 6 new pieces of jewellery, before helping me curate all 6 pieces and offered great advice on where they should all go. I love that they actually have opinions and advise you on what designs they also think work best for your particular ear size and type. Personally, I really preferred this. A real breath of fresh air. Will definitely be coming back - and I wish them all the best in the future.
Just visited Auricle for ear piercing and was very impressed! Both ladies in the shop were really lovely. They were really helpful in picking out jewellery and made me feel calm and looked after throughout the whole process. I’ll be back if I find any more space on my ears! I had my ears pierced and the staff were so polite from start to finish. The store itself has such a clean look to it, and the back room where you get your ears pierced was very hygienic, clean and tidy. Ive seen some questionable piercing/tattoo places before but I felt so comfortable having my ears pierced here! Also there was no pain at all during the piercing and no pain/swelling afterwords. This was a first, because usually there’s a lot of tenderness after a piercing, but not this time! Definitely recommend!!!
I honestly could not recommend Auricle enough, I was really nervous about getting a piercing, but as soon as I walked in I had amazing service . Clare spoke me through what would be best and made me feel at ease straight away. The experience was luxurious and I was shocked with how affordable the jewellery was!! The jewellery started from £20 which was amazing for the range and quality. There is something for everyone’s taste and preference. Clare had amazing customer service skilled and helped me so much. Wayne made me feel comfortable when piercing me and reassured me offering me the best honest and open advice possible! I couldn’t recommend Auricle enough and for sure is a luxurious experience and is cheaper than other places in town!
Walking in I loved it already, all black everything. The service I received was excellent. The range of Jewellery they had was amazing there was so many to choose from, spoilt for choice really. The procedure didn’t take long, fill out a few health and safety forms, get the piercing done and then talk about the after care. I brought the after care product and it’s amazing and so easy to use! Im in love with my new piercing and will definitely be back to visit and get another.
Great service and an amazing selection of jewellery it’s all so pretty it is hard to choose what you want! Claire showed me many different piercing options and helped me to make a decision! As well as a new piercing I got a new earring for my tragus which now fits and looks so much better. I would definitely come back for another or even just to get some new jewellery!
