   Just a few weeks ago, I had no awareness of Richard Adams Plumbing and it was only by chance I came across his advert in Look Local magazine. What a bit of luck that was !! Richard gave prompt, professional and courteous service. From first contact with exchange of photos of my requirements he arrived promptly with all the necessary parts for the job in hand. Both myself and my wife were delighted with the work from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend Richard to all who require a first class tradesman.

   Richard recently carried out a boiler service and fixed some leaking pipes at my parents property. The pipework repair was awkward due to access problems and took a lot longer than I'm sure he was expecting and planned for but he remained calm and professional throughout. Richard has a very methodical working approach, he is a clear communicator and completed all works to a very high standard. Would thoroughly recommend!

   I can't recommend Richard highly enough. After several failed attempts at trying to get someone out for some plumbing issues in my bathroom, I came across Adams Heating and Plumbing on Yell. Richard managed to source the parts required and was great at communicating throughout. He set a date and carried out the work to a high standard. I'm relieved to have the issue sorted and can't thank Richardenough for the excellent customer service and all his help.

   Made an appointment for the next day. Arrived spot on time. Carried supplies of mixer taps to replace our leaking one. Less than an hour later we had a shiny new mixer tap. Would definitely recommend.
