   Absolutely brilliant service. Michael was a problem solver. After a tortuous time having purchased a brand new (very expensive cooker) which kept shorting the whole house. Being forced to redo the circuit board at cost which turns out was NOT the problem. Between installer / maufacturer / various electricians - Michael was sent and he got to the bottom of the problem pretty efficiently!! A fault with the appliance (in fact two faults). I wish the first engineer sent by the manufacturer could have done a better job! My advice? Talk to this fabulous firm especially if you are going to have an induction hob and certainly consider using them for any installation I will certainly be using them for any ongoing problems!

   Midland Range helpfully arranged for an engineer to call, at short notice (less than a week), because the oven on our 13 year old Britannia cooker had failed. On advice, we opted for a full service and safety check. Their engineer, Mike, arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently, with no fuss, checking all the systems on the cooker. He uncovered a number of faults and explained carefully what parts needed replacing, and also their cost. We approved the replacement parts before they were fitted. Mike carried all the spare parts on his van and quickly replaced the faulty components. Within two hours, our cooker was back in position and functioning correctly. I have no hesitation in recommending Midland Range.

   Really delighted with thorough service and repair of our 25 year old Britannia range cooker. Back to it's excellent self. Particularly pleased with the return of the green light although green light although that was the least of what needed fixing! Just like new again. Office in Honiley very helpful and efficient, as was Paul the engineer who advised and carried out the service.Brilliant, thank you all.

   Midland Range cooker repairs came to our rescue, we have been without a cooker over Christmas. We had a service contract with Domestic & General tried to contact them over 3 days got passed around waiting on the phone for 40minutes .We gave up in the end and decided to look for a local company. I can highly recommend Midland Range cooker repairs they are very efficient came out today and fixed cooker .

   The engineer came out to just resolve an issue with a control knob on our Ilve range cooker recently; this was sorted quickly and effectively and while we were chatting about cooking, as you do and I mentioned my disappointment at the lack of a simmer burner on the gas top, no sooner mentioned than sorted! Thrilled to say that, because he went above and beyond, I’m back to simmering and making favourite sauces. Thank you.

   Truly appalling work, service conducted on range cooker, food started burning immediately, it turns out that after a full service costing £517 we had been left with an oven running 100 degrees over, so hot that the oven bulb casing cracked and the bulb burst. The manager, Darrell Atherton, laughed at me when I called him to describe the situation. Avoid at all costs.
