   I am absolutely amazed by how incredible the welding jewellery is I am so so so happy with it. It was such a beautiful experience it was so professional and bobbi did such a good job doing it she made us feel so comfortable and talked us through the process and helped us choose which one to go for she was really kind. Bobbi offered us champagne which was a lovely touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend going to Edmond’s and getting the welding done it’s such a good experience x

   Amazing service from start to finish !! My st Christopher pendant had cracked and I wasn't sure if it would be repairable. The gentleman at Edmond's was incredible and so helpful. Today I picked up my repaired pendant and it is like new !! So happy and then I expected a big bill for such service to find out it was half of what I expected !! Will definitely be using again in the future for any repairs I need x

   The whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal. From the consultation and deciding what we wanted down to getting the rings, the communication was very open and us feel at ease. The rings we ended up were SO much better than we could of expected. Looking at our rings for the first time was a very emotional experience and we were not disappointed. The hospitality of Edmounds was outstanding and we would highly recommend anyone to get their rings here.    Amazing service from Carl & his team. I had a diamond from an engagement ring that I wanted to have made into pendant on a necklace. I was unsure what I wanted, only something simple to match my diamond solitaire ring. I completely trusted Carl who made suggestions and described exactly what it would look like. It was perfect. Given advice on how to clean and maintain the jewellery. The gold chain I had was cleaned and shortened, and my engagement ring was also cleaned and made to look like it did over 30 years ago. Can highly recommend Edmonds, who are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Carl & his team.

   Received a necklace by mail which was tangled. Neither I nor my wife could untangle it so we had to return for a refund. They refused to refund the return postage because they were able to untangle the necklace “with ease”. Perhaps I am not as skilled, experienced or dexterous.
