Went into Cwmbrân store and was greeted by Dawn. She was really friendly and chatty. Went in for one thing and ended up getting 2. The ring I bought was beautiful and when Dawn explained the meaning of it, it’s like it was meant to be. Thank you
I always pop into Clogau when in Cwmbran and met with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The sales assistant Dawn was brilliant and chatted to me about their products. I bought the fairies of the mine ring, as it was my birthday she gift wrapped it for me which made my purchase feel extra special. A lovely shopping experience.

Popped into Cwmbran Clogau today to look at jewellery and was met by 2 young ladies working there who were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. Lovely polite staff a credit to the shop. I mentioned my necklace had snapped and the assistants were only to happy to replace for new with no hesitation and reminded me to pop in anytime to get my jewellery cleaned and polished free of charge as part of their Clogau service.. Excellent customer service. Went in for a birthday gift for my wife. Explained what she already had and they pointed me in the right direction to the same collection. The other good thing is the staff don't jump on you the minute you walk in.
