   I had a good experience from start to finish. I left a message saying the pool was a mess it hadn't been used in three years & was more of a frog pond than a pool . Elliott go straight back to me , He turned up on the appointed day nice & early. We discussed options as I was on a bit of a dead line, He worked with me on that and got it all done in time . On installation day He did it himself and it's a large Hopper pool. The water was in and filling up nicely , He came back the next morning nice and early and added the chemicals and it looks brilliant again. I would definitely recommend this company . I will be calling him for advice and cleaning in the future .

   Elliott recently fitted a vinyl pool liner for us. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable from day one of contacting him. His communication throughout was great and he made the whole process hassle free. He went above and beyond and even agreed to help fit outdoor carpet around the pool for us. We would not hesitate to recommend him and will certainly use his services in the future.

   I cannot recommend Lovett Pools highly enough. From my first contact, Elliott was incredibly helpful. I needed my in ground indoor swimming pool relining and Elliott moved his bookings to fit the new liner over a weekend. When he arrived he removed the old liner and fittings very quickly only to find that the new liner had not been made correctly. Elliott helped me deal with the supplier who he knew well and a reshaped liner arrived in days. Elliott returned promptly despite being busy and fitted the liner quickly and perfectly. He also fitted a new pool pump for me. Pool is now perfect and I could not be more pleased. Service was very polite, professional and good value.

   We used Elliott and Lovett pools for our new build pool in 2021/ 2022 and the results were amazing . We met Elliot at design stage and he was really helpful from planning stage up completion. Lovett pools did everything they said they would, on time and on budget. Nothing was to much trouble … we will continue to use Lovett pools for all our maintenance and upkeep works. Can’t recommend enough !

   We were recommended Elliot from our local pool supply store, as we had a leak in our liner and tbh had no idea when it had been previously replaced. Elliott came round and gave us a really good quote for both a new liner and a safety cover. He ordered all parts and chased the companies to ensure delivery. On install we realized the leak was actually in the pipework, which Elliott repaired free of charge, whilst on site he also did us a sand filter change and also fitted a new heat pump for us. Elliott was always courteous, punctual and his work was of a really high standard and excellent quality. If anyone ever needs any work doing on their pool, I would not hesitate in recommending Lovett Pools. Thanks so much for the great work.
