Excellent for the kids. Food quite nice. Rooms dirty, I can see they updating chalets but still keep others clean, need to employ proper cleaners instead of using staff from elsewhere, every cover on settee had filthy stains. 60% staff not friendly especially if you return one of their toys that not working.

Great place for all age groups, with plenty of pool activities and fun rides. There’s also a large NISA on-site where you can pick up essentials like coffee, milk, sugar, and bread. Plus, the Chopstick restaurant offers delicious halal food. Overall, it’s an excellent spot for a family visit.

Will never go back. Just checking in at 4pm only one member of staff on. Chalet no heating in one bedroom no coat hangers. Shower was dirty, Food was edible. Better at breakfast then dinner. Wish I taken a photo of the fish pie and the sausages on Thursday Some staff was brilliant. Butlins is not the family place we remember. Ever minute they are trying to sell you something it's not for family anymore. Best buy was the scoop but that was £5 ice cream. Not for us

Now I've struggled with this review because I have had a wonderful time at Butlins, however, I have not been satisfied with the whole experience. The shows are wonderful and my children have had more fun than I've ever seen them have. The pool is great and so are the rides. I'm a little miffed at the price of the extra costs for things you might want to do, like the bowling or pedal carts, but there's plenty to do without doing them. The rooms are at the most part great, some are fairly old and you can feel it, but others are great and feel like a second home. The best part, as everyone knows, are the red coats. I feel safe and relaxed that they are around entertaining my children and they have someone to see if they couldn't find me or get upset, even I was finding myself watching their antics. Not everything was sweets and roses however, the food was not great, I cannot afford to buy my whole family three meals a day at the restaurants and diners, so the only option for me is to use the food court or premium court. This food is not great, there is very little choice for small children, they ended up having pizza every day. Also what else there is not great and the food court is just a cattle market of children running around and you cannot enjoy what you do manage to get on a plate. I will say that I did enjoy some of the desserts and the fresh cooked noodles, but of the most part I was disappointed. The other major disappointment for me is the temperature in the young children play area, the rides and soft play area next out the back. It is one of my sons favourite area, but we were breathing steam while we were in there and the soft play area was difficult the stand on it was so cold. I'd have like him to play in there more, but as you have to have your shoes off, it is way to cold for him to spend prolonged time in there. As a whole I will defiantly be comming back, but only in off peak times, I don't believe it is worth the price charged in holiday times.

Absolutely delighted! what wonderful accommodation. Spotlessly clean, so warm and comfortable. We've had one of the best weeks Saw shows, swam, walked and enjoyed every minute We've booked again already and saved 40 percent by booking whilst we were there xx

Great 3 day break. Lots to do. Fun shows and great entertainment. Accommodation was more than adequate but carpets needed cleaning. Also more staff needed to serve drinks at the bar in Studio 36.
