A fantastic local facility with a wide range of fitness, swimming and gym throughout the day to accommodate all schedules. Classes are well attended and instructors are welcoming, encouraging and offer a variety of workouts at differing levels to suit all. Am really enjoying it!

Over the last couple of days I visited the gym and had some issues with my membership. Alanna on reception could not have been more helpful, kind or personable. She is brilliant in a people facing position and a credit to the leisure centre! Thank you!

Me and a friend took our daughters to Tag Active. They all had an absolute blast, staff were fantastic, it’s usually very difficult to find something that’s age appropriate for 5 to 12 year olds to enjoy, however Tag Active was great fun for them, amazing service from Peter at the cafe also. Highly recommend.

Nice clean facilities, never been an issue having to wait to get on any of the gym equipment. Pool and changing areas have always been to a good standard. Pricing is spot on compared to some other gyms and pools. Would highly recommended

Great place to bring kids and young people. Our group really enjoyed the clip 'n climb and the tag active. Activity staff were great and friendly. The centre could do with more outside seating for groups to have lunch. It would also be nicer if the café staff were friendlier. The place could also do with more water refill points, but a positive experience on the whole.

Absolutely abysmal customer service; mistakenly booked kids party there a month ago and have spent literally HOURS queuing to get through to reception to add food on and check some details etc. Today 31m of stupid ‘your call is important to us, why not check out our website etc’ rubbish before line went dead. During wait I made other calls to every other number option on the phone and not a single one answered; memberships, swimming lessons, bulk bookings etc. if I could cancel I would but less than 2w to party and, ironically, can’t get hold of anyone TO cancel. Absolutely disgusted. Typical big corporate no one gives a hoot Everyone Active.

Oh dear......the Staff seem to be struggling with manpower shortages (according to the Duty Manager) Basically this means that if you have a class or exercise session that requires equipment being set up then you shouldn't expect the class to start on time. I've been going to this Centre on and off for the last 10 years or so....and getting setup done consistently and on time has been an ongoing struggle.

Visited yesterday with my grandaughter & husband , firstly no showers apparently they are being, refurbished , the strong smell of urine when you enter the changing room is overpowering , & my husband said his cubicle stunk as well , obviously needing a good clean , the small pool was fine , the kids were having a splashing time. I'm not sure the pool should be operating with no showers available . When I mentioned the smell in the changing rooms to the lady on the desk she seemed unconcerned , & not surprised which bothered me a lot, also there should be an easily seen notice saying no showers available ,she said it's mentioned on their website which is not acceptable !!!!whoever is the manager needs some retraining & his cleaning staff also, when I visited several years ago it was never particularly clean then . I personally would think twice about revisiting !!!

I used this pool whilst I was staying in Stratford on Avon to do an early morning swim and needed some exercise - I needed to register with a card and whilst I had found where to find the pool was what I had not done was to find out the length of the pool which I assumed was 25 metres - I asked the receptionist and they did not know the answer, hence the assumption - it was not until I had completed the same number of lengths in the pool that it had taken longer - asked a fellow swimmer who must have been told that it was 33 metres - I now know from the website which confirms this length!! Otherwise polite, and an OK sort of pool - you will need to take an old £1 coin or a token for the lockers. It has 6 lanes but use double lanes for the lane swimming in the morning Either pay for membership or pay as you go Car park is near by
