   Penny is an excellent Total immersion swimming coach. Her instructions were simple and incremental leading to the full stroke. This makes it easier to learn and understand the principles of Total Immersion swimming. I have learned and improved much in the workshop. All participants looked much better swimmers at the end of the day.

   What a fantastic day! The course took your swimming right back to basics and it was brilliant having Penny and Stuart in the pool during the practice sessions physically correcting arm and body positions instead of calling instructions from the side. I would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to improve your front crawl even if at present you can only do a few strokes without sinking!

   An excellent Total immersion workshop! Penny made us all feel totally at ease and did a great job of encouraging conversation between the group. There were lots of opportunities for questions and I felt like I learnt loads. I feel excited about putting my learning into practice and Penny sent over all the resources so we can revisit whenever we want! 10/10. Would recommend.

   If you are trying to learn to swim front crawl, I can't recommend Penny highly enough. Learning to swim front crawl at the age of 50 was always going to be a challenge for me, and after having nearly 6 months of lessons with a "traditional" swimming coach, I was getting nowhere...exhausted after 50 metres and on the verge of giving up, so I contacted Penny. She took my swimming back to basics, and she taught me lots of simple TI drills. With her guidance I am now a confident swimmer, in both the pool, and open water. It has taken time, and commitment, but would have been impossible without Penny's patience, and guidance, for which I am very grateful.

   I've seen the Total Immersion swimming programme as an online resource, but it really doesn't compare to having a good tutor work through it with you. Penny is a great coach, with a lovely manner and teaching style. This was a group workshop, and she seemed to adjust her approach to each member of the group to get the best out of us all. I'll definitely be going back for more!

I attended the TI Effortless Front Crawl workshop and felt I learned so much and received huge value for money. The group was just the right size to maximise learning from a group environment. Recommended to anyone who wishes to adopt the TI technique. Worth the 200 mile round trip!

   Was a fabulous experience. Was mortified to learn my head iscin the wrong position. A LOT of patience from Penny gas set me on the right path. An extremely positive experience.    I had a running biomechanical analysis with Penny. I wanted a review of my running form and also to identify causes of hip pain I had been experiencing. From her analysis Penny provided me with several things to work on. The outcome was that I have not have a reoccurance of the hip pain at all. It was an incredible transformation and I was delighted at the result of the session. If you are looking to improve your running technique or reduce injuries then I can recommend a session with Penny to help achieve your goals.
