   The website is a nightmare to navigate. Contact them via phone it rings for a whole and cuts you off. Been a few times in the past, sauna was always out of order, along with steam room. Caerphilly council offer the worst local services of any council run facilities in the south wales area.

   Nice Leasure centre, staff are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. As you’d expect, the vast majority of the clients using the pool are also really friendly and easy to get on with. There are one or two minor issues.Some people have used the facilities for quite some time and seem to think they are entitled to special treatment. This is a public pool, people have to share, no one has exclusive use of a lane in the pool. The managers running the centre need to remind one or two individuals of that fact. Preferable, before people are driven away . ‘Play nice and show consideration for others.’ I don’t think that’s to much to ask.

   Very nice swimming pool. It was a nice temperature and was clean. Only complaint was that there isn't enough changing rooms. To have only a handful of changing rooms for a big swimming pool is not ideal especially when majority of people don't want to get dressed Infront of other people

   We had a pool party booked for my Grandson's 9th birthday. Unfortunately just before we arrived someone had pooed in the pool. Due to health and safety pool cleaning takes 18 hours. The manager was very helpful and accommodating he had his staff to organise alternative activities and has offered us a free pool party slot for the future.

   I go here swimming every week with my grandson the staff are very polite and the pool is lovely and warm and clean there are at least 4/5 lifeguards around the pool so your always safe whilst swimming xx

   Despite having a lovely looking interactive splash area for toddlers in the pool, they can't use it because the pool is closed to the public all weekdays due to schools using it instead. So the only time toddlers can go is weekends when it will be packed with bigger kids. What a shame.

   Amazing host for a fantastic new up and coming Roller Hockey Team. The Miner's. We train every Thursday night adults 9-10pm. Over 6 and youth on a Sunday 11-12. 16+ Sunday 12-1pm. Please feel free to come along and watch or join in first training sessions are on us. You will become part of a hectic team with a big heart ♥ and lots of big personalities.
