Oyster Pools and Hot tubs are installing a hot tub in a neighbours garden. I appreciated that the disruption involved when the crane needed to block the road to lift the tub over the house was unavaoidable (although neighbours could and should have been given the opportunity to move vehicles before the road was rendered impassable, which would also have made the job easier). However, the crane vehicle left over an hour ago, and as soon as it did, the Oyster delivery driver parked his van and trailer across my drive and parking space, which is not only very inconsiderate but also illegal. Yes I know I could go across the road and ask him to move it, but why should I? If he had even knocked to ask if I would need access to drive to parking space for an hour or two I would have advised him that I did. I need to pack my car as I am going on a camping holiday today. Moving it into my drive would make that job less difficult. And it’s not as if there isn’t parking space elsewhere on the street, there is. He would have just had to walk an extra 50 metres. Totally inconsiderate.

I would like to make people aware of a few things this company do not tell you when you are looking to purchase a hot tub. 1 Every time they come out to you they will charge you for a call out charge of at present £150, they do this again once the fault is found and you book the repair , so every fault will cost £300 before you even start. 2. Our fault was the circulation pump £ 252 ( apparently these last about 2-3 years, you are lucky if they last longer) so be prepared to spend at least £550 every couple of years. 3. To keep your jets working correctly you need to ensure all chemicals are 100% correct all of the time and take the jets out every 6 months give them a scrub to get the calcium off them. Other wise like us that will be another bill, ours was £226 for what we needed.

From initial contact to through install to aftersales everyone proven to be very knowledgable and has given excellent help and advice. Initial visit to the showroom was very pleasant with no rush or pressure to buy and loads of info about the pro and cons of each spa. During install the control panel was found to be faulty but exceptional service ensured a replacement was sourced and fitted within 24 hours. Oyster has given a 1st class service and I would highly recommend Oyster to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub.

We literally could not be happier , Fter making the decision to buy a hot tub we had confused ourselves with so much research that we were really unsure what we wanted. That was where Rob came in he listened he understood he never pushed or influenced us in anyway . The service from initial meeting, pre delivery inspection , delivery and then 2 week follow up call as been second to none . I can't recommend enough
