As of the time of this review, 23 Aug 21, she is not taking any big dogs because of an shoulder injury. And fully booked till early Oct 21 as the email to myself. She did come recommended. The website don't have a calendar to check dates and no prices.

Absolutely amazed with the service provided today to my very nervous pooch, Archie, who was previously terrified of baths. Also, neither my vet, the Dogs Trust nor I were allowed to trim his nails. Somehow, Lorraine cast a spell and Archie morphed into a happy, calm being who enjoyed all manor of pampering, including the much dreaded nail trim! No idea how she did it but I quickly booked a second visit as I have every confidence in a repeat performance. He looks gorgeous. Thank you very much Lorraine.
