   I cannot speak highly enough of Radlett Groomers. Over the years they have groomed our dogs, both in their sickness and health. They are always obliging, helpful and skilled in what they do. Albeit always with a smile. Our cockapoo can't get in there quick enough and comes out looking great and smelling wonderful.

   I took my dog to this groomers. They usually make a gorgeous job of him however this time it was the complete opposite. There is lines down my dog where the clippers have left streaks and cut my dog incredibly short. Chopped his tail down to the point where it is nearly skin and left a 'clipper rash' underneath his arms where they were so harsh with the clippers. Immediately I phoned the groomers when I heard the lady who groomed my dog shouting in the background 'oh my , what does she want me to do ? Glue the hair back on !!??' Obviously she didn't think we could hear her however we could. My husband spoke to the owner which the response was an agreement that my dog had a clipper rash and to speak to me to make an agreement of what we would do next. I spoke to the owner of the groomers and at 1st there was denial it was her phone number until I asked for my money back and then she slipped up that it was her phone number. She refused to refund me and my dog has been left in a mess. To add there is also many marks going into his head where they harshly clipped his neck and didn't fade the lines. The job was clearly rushed. Pure denial and no responsibility taken. Please don't let this happen to your pet.

   Having a very nervous dog, I wasn't sure if he was a 'candidate' for grooming. However when I picked him up I was amazed at how handsome he looked! I did wonder if he was My dog.The staff were so lovely and the whole experience was a joy. I will certainly be taking him there again when he starts to look a bit 'tatty' again. Would highly reccomend them 24/4/2017

   Everyone at Radlett grooming has been fantastic, Amy is very understanding of dealing with our dogs who are rescues. A one eyed West Highland Terrier and our two Street dogs from Egypt. They have not been used to even having a bath so Amy had her work cut out! We have been using Radlett grooming for many years. Our Lahsa Apso who will soon be sixteen started going there just after our Daughter did her work experience with Yvonne. Yvonne has supported us on a personal level with the rescue dogs and we have become great friends. I first met Yvonne when our westie locked herself in the car, Yvonne drove me all the way home to get the spare car keys but on our return Amy had managed to get the dog to unlock the car. Thank you to you all x

   My dog Gunner went to Yvonne since he was a puppy and adored being there, he never wanted to come home. When he did he was like a show dog and smelled wonderful. All the team at the Grooming Centre are kind, caring and well trained professionals. Highly recommended.
