   Amber is so wonderful at grooming our Gordon setter , who is A big baby. Amber always looks after him and grooms him just perfection not too short, He always looks amazing and smells delicious after his grooming.

   Frank has been coming now for just over a year at Dandy Dogz he is a rescue and came from a bad place before I got him. He has trust issues and separation anxiety from us but I’m totally at ease when he visits for a hair cut the staff are lovely and listen to our needs and nothing is to much trouble. Will also recommend Dandy Dogz there the best around by far.

   Nancy & the Team were absolutely lovely. First time taking my dogs to this groomers which was recommended. Dogs were completely comfortable and the staff were fantastic. I was confident leaving them also. I couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you !

   Found them by chance as I drove past and was needing a groomer in the area. They did a fantastic job with my dog Zulu. He had a lot trimmed off and shampoo’d etc. We asked for certain bits of hair to not be cut and they listened. Everything from booking to drop off and collection was smooth, no issues. Great team and we will definitely be back ! Highly recommend.

   Hi, we have two black miniature snauzers. we took them both to Dandy dogz for a full groom as our previous groomer was not good enough, this was easy to book the staff were polite professional and extremely knowledgeable about what type of cut we wanted, the price was very reasonable cheaper than the last groomers we had, they both came out looking and smelling gorgeous and most importantly to us our girls were happy and relaxed, also the staff stressed about feedback so they can improve on how we like our girls looking for future cuts, we were very impressed with the whole experience and will most definitely be keeping DandyDogz as our regular groomers.    Took Fizz, my teckel (wire haired dachshund) for her first hair cut today. She has to be hand stripped to keep her coat wirey. Very pleased with the end result - Sheree done a fantastic job. My scruff bag still looks rustic but is much cooler. Lovely pet shop and great staff. Fizz came out happy.

   I'm afraid we did not have a good experience at Dandy Dogz. I would like to say from the outset that it may have been the result of mis-communication and Emma was a really lovely lady and her facilities are very nice. Our dog's nails were also trimmed impeccably. We asked for our dog's fur to be trimmed to half its length so he felt a bit cooler in the hot weather. When we returned, he had been shaved and his fur was less than in inch long and his top coat was pretty much gone. His stomach had been left untouched apart from one patch which had been shaved - pictures attached to illustrate. When we went home we read many articles saying you should never shave a double coated dog as the top coat may grow back patchy or coarse so now we will have a long few months wait to hope he goes back to his original self. I am sorry to write a negative review but it may encourage other double coated dogs to stipulate that they should not be shaved.
