I've been using its the dogs for over 5 years and they provide an excellent service..and great value for money.
Lovely groom and a happy dog. However, I was surprised that the cost was £25 more than I was expecting. When I questioned this I was told that the original quote was only a guide price. However, the email I received the day before quite clearly stated that I owed £25, since I had already paid a £20 deposit. Beware...Very misleading.
Took my 8 month old Irish Terrier to It's the Dogs and they were fantastic! Did hand stripping which he'd only experienced at home. We had a very bad experience at a groomers when he was younger so was hesitant in taking him to one again however very glad we heard about It's the Dogs as he was very calm and happy when we picked him up, not to mention handsome! All in all we'll be taking our boy back here as they put the dogs experience first
I should have followed my instincts and walked out on entering the shop. It’s absolutely filthy and smells rotten. Didn’t give my pup the groom I asked for, she looks like a dog off a neglected dog advert, cut her nail so short it was bleeding. No sorry just said “I put stuff on it”. She’s done nothing but sleep since she’s been home and she’s never like that when coming home from our usual place. It was an in between groom as I couldn’t get in to our normal place and honestly I wish I would have waited. The worst groomers I’ve ever been to. Oh and got charged more that the advertised price which in the grand scheme of things is not the worst part of our experience. AVOID
No nonsense dog grooming treats and accessories at a competitive price. Karen is very knowledgeable on all aspects of dog care and training and always happy to chat. We've been taking our (now elderly) dog there for over 11 years without a problem. The dog is happy and not phased being left for couple of hours. Easy to find and plentiful nearby street parking.

I have been taking Bailey to Karen since he was a pup 4 years ago. She and her team are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They offer a great grooming service and give me lots of advice too. Excellent value for money too. Thoroughly recommend.
Being a dog about town, a girl like me needs to know all the best places to ensure they help me look my best. I have appearances to keep up you know... A while ago my servant Frank (Labradoodle) and I found this bijoux grooming parlour near our mansion overlooking the Thames - Frank went in and came out looking 100 times cleaner and actually quite intelligent (makes a change) and me? Well ladies all I can say is Karen is a hooman that really knows her stuff - for weeks I look like I just stepped out of a salon! And you bet your ass I'm worth it sisters! Betsy xxx
