   Updated review: I appreciate owner got in touch to explain the situation. ---- Asked for an inch off my little pet's coat and they shaved him down far too much - to point of being almost shaved. Really disappointed and not nice for my little doggy. Prior to that, I took him in for a tidy, they tried to overcharge me and then I noticed at home that the hygiene area wasn't really trimmed down - I actually had to do it myself. Very first experience was good but not so great after that.

   Our dog, Frank, goes to Dogtown daycare twice a week and absolutely loves his time there. He’s well taken care of and always arrives home tired and happy. Everyone who works there is lovely and makes the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend!

   I have taken my two cockapoos to Dogtown many times and the service is always impeccable. Sam is nervous and can be snappy but the groomers are gentle and patient with him. Bruno has a tricky woolly coat which they always transform into sweet smelling fluff! Highly recommended.

   Dogtown Sheen always looks after my dog brilliantly. She has a very tricky coat (bearded collie) but the girls spend so much time and care on her that she doesn't mind going and she comes out with a beautifully groomed cut.

   The groom itself was great but the appointment system is hectic. My appt was 1:30 pm but upon arrival I was informed that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my pup until 2-3 hrs later, because there was “another dog waiting.” What’s the point of making appointments if we have to wait that long anyways? Also my pup got an eye infection after the groom... I’m definitely not going back.

   Pre-pandemic, I used this place for my GSD between 3 to 4 times a year, and I was happy, with my dog looking the business. Post-pandemic, I have been back twice and paid £65.00 each time, yet they deliberately did not even bathe (wash) the dog, or even groom her remotely to a decent standard. After being robbed twice, I decided to say nothing to the business owner, and instead found another establishment, who after grooming my GSD only last week, left me speechless. Even now my dog smells and looks absolutely fabulous.This place has turned into a joke, and they have now lost a loyal customer as a result. BE WARNED!

   Took my whippet who is a nervous dog at the best of times into Dog Town in East Sheen to get nails clipped, but need not have worried as the girl who did the nail clip had a really calming manor and managed to settle my dog down with ease. Sorry I cannot remember her name but she has tattoos. Highly recommend definitely go there from now on.
