I had a wonderful experience at The Pet Spa.They were amazing with my dog, even though he can be quite temperamental. The staff treated him with great care and professionalism. The service is excellent, the environment is excellent, and I truly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality care for their pets!
The Pet Spa is the best dog grooming place to take your dog in London. We own two dogs and both of them are groomed here. The staff are friendly , the space is lovely and the dogs are well looked after looking beautiful after each visit. I would recommend The Pet Spa.
I drive 2 hours to get my dog groomed. They go above and beyond. There talent is unmatched. And Moet loves it there. X x

The worst pet grooming experience my cat has ever had. My cat (Mikey) is a Turkish Angora with long, fluffy, and beautiful fur. He had a stunning lion-like mane and a full, bushy tail. We decided to bring him to this “spa” for the first time, hoping to give him a fresh, manageable look for the summer. We opted for a “ted bear cut,” something we were excited about after seeing examples on your website and social media. What we received, however, was completely different — and honestly, unacceptable. It appears Mikey’s grooming was either rushed or handled with very little care or consideration for what would suit him, especially around his face. His head is extremely uneven, and the transition between his head and neck is poorly blended. It looks like someone attempted to correct mistakes with scissors, but the result is clearly botched. The back of his head is shaved far too high, and the unevenness is very noticeable. None of this was communicated to me when I picked him up — no apology, no explanation. It feels like the groomer assumed I wouldn’t notice or care. But I did. As soon as I took Mikey out of his carrier at home, I was shocked by the result. Despite being at the groomers for two full hours, the quality of the work doesn’t reflect that at all. His body has been shaved far too short — so much so that you can see razor lines throughout his coat. It feels like he’s been shaved right down to the bottom coat, which does not match the description of a “ted bear cut” you promote. Mikey’s haircut is messy, uneven, and frankly, quite ugly. As his owner, it’s really upsetting to see my beautiful cat returned to me looking like this — especially after paying £125 for what was expected to be a professional and high-standard grooming service. I’ve attached comparison images below: Mikey (brown cat) after his grooming and a white cat posted on your social media, supposedly with the same cut. The difference is drastic and extremely disappointing. This service did not meet expectations, and I will not be bringing Mikey back.
F always has anxiety and fears of going to groomers but the exceptional staff at Pet Spa have made all the difference. They are professional, detail oriented and loving, treating every dog like their own.
They all seem lovely and the guy at the front desk is so sweet but I specifically ask them them NOT to cut my dogs hair and I said just take a little hair around her eyes, when I came to collect her I saw they almost shaved or clippers her entire face and o top of her head… she’s a bedlington whipped that their hair downs grow fast and they feel the cold. I was a bit in shock when I collected her and only upon arriving at home did I see how short her hair is… I’m quite disappointed. If you want to come here you need to be unbelievable specific or they’ll just do whatever they want.
I went today and it was the best experience. Me & my friend brought our dogs (5 all together). They all had such a great time. I also received a discount as it was my first time which I’m very very pleased about. My dog Gucci was so matted and they removed every single knot and I’m so so happy after having a bad experience previously with another groomer I was anxious for my dog but The Pet Spa London doesn’t disappoint. Friendly staff & hygiene place. Definitely definitely recommend!
My favourite place to bring Louie for a haircut! The groomers are really professional here and my baby always leaves with a big smile on his face. I don’t know what they use, but he always smells divine after each visit :)
I am SO incredibly pleased by the level of service and the excellent grooming etiquette provided. The groomers gave me exactly what I wanted, not a full shave but a “baby cut” or in Singapore, we call it “teddy cut” and our Ragdoll looked amazing, smelled divine and came out probably relieved of all that fluff he was carrying in this summer heat. He is SO handsome, I can’t keep my eyes off him! We’re coming back for sure and I fully recommend cat owners to come here!
